From recommending the right venue and responding to guest enquiries to managing bookings and capturing individual preferences, you will work closely with our F&B teams to ensure every reservation is thoughtfully coordinated and every guest arrives feeling expected and welcomed.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent; a qualification in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 1 2 years of experience in Reservations, Guest Relations, Front Office, F&B Operations, or a similar guest-facing role.</li><li>Good command of spoken and written English is required.</li><li>Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional approach.</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with restaurant reservation systems; experience with POS systems is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy when managing reservations and guest information.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple enquiries and reservations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Professional and guest-focused, with a genuine interest in creating seamless dining experiences.</li><li>Previous experience within a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment is an advantage.</li></ul>
