Job Details

Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees. Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and statutory contributions. Verify employee attendance, timesheets, leave records, and payroll inputs. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality. Prepare payroll reports for management, finance, and auditors. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies. Process new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and employee benefits in the payroll system. Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, taxes, and benefits. Support internal and external payroll audits by providing required documentation. Continuously review payroll processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in payroll processing or accounting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.
  • Understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional payroll certification is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
