دورك هو إجراء فحوصات التركيبات الميكانيكية لضمان الامتثال للرسومات المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع والرموز والمعايير المعمول بها. مراجعة طلبات الفحص (IRs) المقدمة من قبل المقاولين وأداء الفحوصات في الوقت المناسب. التحقق من أن المواد والمعدات المُركَّبة في الموقع معتمدة وتتماشى مع متطلبات المشروع. مراقبة أنشطة البناء الميكانيكي وتحديد قضايا الجودة والعيوب أو عدم المطابقة. التأكد من تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والتحقق منها قبل موافقة العمل. مراجعة بيانات طريقة المقاول وخطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) المرتبطة بالأعمال الميكانيكية. تنسيق عمليات الفحص مع فرق QA/QC والمقاولين والمستشارين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع. الحفاظ على سجلات التفتيش وتقارير الموقع وقوائم النواقص والوثائق الجودة. التحقق من تركيب المضخات والمبردات ووحدات تكييف الهواء ووحدات التحكم في التبريد ومبادلات التبريد وأنظمة التهوية والتكامل مع المولدات والمعدات المرتبطة. فحص أعمال الأنابيب والدعائم والعزل والصمامات والاكسسوارات الميكانيكية. متابعة الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة أثناء الأعمال الميكانيكية. المشاركة في التفتيشات قبل الرفع النهائي والإصلاحات والتسليم. مراجعة الوثائق كما-بُنيت ودلائل التشغيل والصيانة. الإبلاغ عن التقدم والعيوب ونتائج التفتيش للمهندسين الكبار وإدارة المشروع. دعم الاختبار والتشغيل والقبول النهائي. المساعدة في حل القضايا الفنية المرتبطة بالموقع وتباينات البناء. التأكد من أن جميع الأعمال تتم وفق إجراءات الجودة المعتمدة ومتطلبات العقد.عن المؤهلين: دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة خدمات المباني أو تخصص ذي صلة. يفضل الحصول على شهادة في الفحص الميكانيكي أو مراقبة الجودة. التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) ميزة. شهادات ASHRAE أو CIBSE أو شهادات MEP ذات صلة مرغوبة. المعرفة بإجراءات الاختبار والتشغيل مرحب بها. 5 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في فحص ميكانيكي وإشراف على البناء. الحد الأدنى 3 سنوات خبرة في مشاريع مبانٍ عالية الارتفاع وبناء كبيرة النطاق. يفضَّل وجود خبرة سابقة في السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون. الخبرة في العمل مع المستشارين وPMCs والمقاولين أو المطورين. الخبرة في البناء والاختبار والتشغيل وتسليم المشروع. القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الميكانيكية والرسومات التنفيذية والمواصفات والاعتمادات الفنية. الإلمام بإجراءات التفتيش وبروتوكولات الاختبار ومعايير جودة البناء. الملف المرشح المطلوبالدبلوم أو البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة خدمات المباني أو تخصص ذي صلة. يفضل الحصول على شهادة في الفحص الميكانيكي أو مراقبة الجودة. التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) ميزة. شهادات ASHRAE أو CIBSE أو شهادات MEP ذات صلة مرغوبة. المعرفة بإجراءات الاختبار والتشغيل مرحب بها. 5 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في فحص ميكانيكي وإشراف على البناء. الحد الأدنى 3 سنوات خبرة في مشاريع مبانٍ عالية الارتفاع وبناء كبيرة النطاق. يفضَّل وجود خبرة سابقة في السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون. الخبرة في العمل مع المستشارين وPMCs والمقاولين أو المطورين. الخبرة في البناء والاختبار والتشغيل وتسليم المشروع. القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الميكانيكية والرسومات التنفيذية والمواصفات والاعتمادات الفنية. الإلمام بإجراءات التفتيش وبروتوكولات الاختبار ومعايير جودة البناء.
