About UiPath and the Senior Solution Engineer Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose and Contribution

The Senior Solution Engineer will collaborate with Account Executives to drive revenue by taking technical ownership of opportunities throughout the sales cycle. This role involves leveraging both business acumen and technical expertise to present and demonstrate UiPath solutions to diverse audiences, fostering strong relationships throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively support end-to-end sales activities and develop strong value propositions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of customer business requirements to identify potential opportunities.
• Translate strategic business challenges into UiPath capabilities.
• Articulate high-level solutions tailored to client needs and environments during the deal process.
• Learn new technologies and their integration with UiPath.
• Drive end-user adoption of UiPath products through various activities including events, seminars, webinars, and technical training.
• Collaborate with Customer Delivery Leads and Professional Services teams to implement solutions for customers.
• Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities such as writing blogs and speaking at UiPath marketing or industry events.
• Contribute to clients’ business objectives by offering industry-relevant perspectives.
• Lead technical engagements throughout the sales process.
• Manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
• Stay informed on technology, industry changes, and developments within the Presales community.
• Apply an innovative approach to solution creation.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing, account management, or strategic consulting organization.
• Technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.

Work Environment and Company Culture
