These systems include security, communications, fire alarm, networking, audio-visual, and building management systems. <p>The Electrical Medium Voltage Technician will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of medium-voltage electrical systems and associated equipment.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Mandatory 03 Years Diploma In Electrical Engineer.</p>
POSITION OBJECTIVE The position is responsible for monitoring and maintenance of the Building Management System and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning System under the direction of the Project Manager or Control Engineer.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Resolve technical problems and investigate elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem. Basic Knowledge of AC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Alarm system particularly of busy commercial Building & Warehouse. Knowledge and experience in BMS panel & field device termination work. Experience in involving BMS testing & commissioning activities. Coordinate with MEP staff & 3rd party for all kind of maintenance activities. Able to read BMS drawings based on pipe, duct, containment and all other MEP site installation. Conducts frequent site verification if required. Recommends changes for improvement in the system, methods and procedures. Understand and instruct team for adhering local safety regulation.
