The role is responsible for establishing technology standards, principles, platforms, and strategic technology capabilities while ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture and business objectives . The Technology Architect will assess the current technology landscape, identify gaps and modernization requirements, define technology roadmaps, and evaluate emerging technologies to support the organization's long-term technology strategy. The role will work closely with Application, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and Enterprise Architects and will contribute to technology governance and strategic technology decisions within a highly regulated banking environment.</p><p>YOU WILL Define and maintain the Technology Architecture and target technology landscape. Establish technology architecture standards, principles, and guidelines. Define technology platforms and strategic technology capabilities. Assess the current technology landscape against the target architecture. Identify technology gaps, risks, dependencies, and modernization requirements. Develop and maintain technology architecture roadmaps. Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential business and technology value. Ensure technology decisions align with Enterprise Architecture, standards, and target architecture. Review and provide recommendations on technology selections for major initiatives. Support architecture governance and provide recommendations for strategic technology decisions.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>T O BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 10u202F+ years of overall experience in Technology Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, or related technology roles. Significant experience in defining and governing Technology Architecture within large and complex organizations. Experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred. Experience working in a SAMA-regulated environment is an advantage. Strong experience in technology strategy, target architecture, and technology roadmaps. Strong understanding of technology platforms, infrastructure, cloud, networks, and enterprise systems. Experience assessing current technology landscapes and defining modernization strategies. Strong knowledge of technology standards, principles, architecture governance, and technology lifecycle management. Experience evaluating emerging technologies and making strategic technology recommendations. Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and its relationship with Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security Architecture Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. TOGAF or other recognized Enterprise/Technology Architecture certification is preferred.</p>
