Develop project dashboards, presentations, and reporting packs for clients, investors, and executive management. Maintain accurate project records and document control throughout the development lifecycle. <br>Commercial and Financial Management Establish and monitor project development budgets. Coordinate the preparation and review of cost plans, development appraisals, financial feasibility studies, and project cash flows. Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Review consultant and contractor invoices for contractual compliance and accuracy.
