We are looking for an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer – Soil & Concrete to join our Project Quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all earthworks, concrete works, and material testing activities comply with project specifications, approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), applicable codes and standards, and the company's quality management requirements throughout the project lifecycle.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Hold Points, Witness Points, and acceptance criteria. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality risks and recommending preventive actions. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects involving soil works, concrete works, QA/QC, and materials testing. At least 4 years of dedicated experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia within real estate development or construction projects. Strong knowledge of concrete technology, geotechnical engineering, inspection procedures, and quality management systems. Experience working with accredited laboratories, concrete suppliers, and earthworks contractors. Proficiency in digital quality management systems (e.g., Odoo or similar). Preferred Qualifications:Professional certifications or training in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent). The Embedded Offensive Security Engineer will serve as the primary technical resource responsible for the day-to-day operation, tuning, and ongoing stabilisation of the attack simulation and EASM platforms deployed within the Client environment. The role combines deep offensive security expertise with strong systems administration and hands-on remediation capability.<br>This individual will act as the technical bridge between the vendor platform, the Client internal cyber security team, and cross-functional stakeholders including IT, infrastructure, Dev Ops, and application owners.<br>3. Key Responsibilities3.1 Platform Operations and Alert Management Operate, monitor, and triage all alerts generated by the EASM and automated penetration testing platforms on a daily basis. Schedule and execute approved internal attack simulations, including identity/Active Directory attack-path testing, lateral movement scenarios, and network segmentation validation. Maintain full audit logs of all simulation activity, generated artefacts, and system access in line with Client governance requirements.
