This role ensures that interior/exterior architectural executions, finishing materials, fixtures, and spatial layouts strictly comply with approved design drawings, mock-ups, project specifications, and quality standards.<br><br>This role works closely with the site engineering team and technical team, contractor teams, and project QA/QC and HSE personnel to maintain high standards of architectural workmanship and material compliance on-site.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>• Conduct daily routine site inspections for ongoing architectural works, internal and external.<br><br>• Verify that all architectural materials delivered to the site match approved Material Approval Requests (MARs), sample boards, and project specifications.<br><br>• Inspect work against approved mock-ups, shop drawings, and finish schedules to ensure high standards of craftsmanship and finish quality.<br><br>• Log architectural non-conformances, issue internal snag lists, and perform re-inspections to ensure closed-out Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and punch-list items are properly rectified.<br><br>• Review and coordinate with the technical team for contractor technical submittals, material samples, shop drawings, and Requests for Inspection (RFIs) related to architectural packages.<br><br>• Verify that builder's works, MEP penetrations, and access panels are neatly integrated into architectural surfaces without compromising aesthetics or functional integrity.<br><br>• Coordinate on-site with civil, structural, and MEP inspectors to ensure proper sequencing of architectural works.<br><br>• Ensure architectural details comply with accessibility standards, fire-rated assembly requirements, and room function specifications across all facilities (administrative, security, and operational spaces).<br><br>• Monitor contractor daily progress and architectural activities and fit-out trades.<br><br>• Maintain accurate daily inspection logs and inspection request (WIR/IR) records.<br><br>• Assist the Senior Site Supervision Engineer in preparing data for weekly and monthly progress reports regarding architectural milestones.<br><br>• Collaborate with the HSE Team during site walks to ensure safe working environments for finishing trades, particularly regarding scaffolding setups, elevated work platforms, dust control, and paint/chemical storage safety.<br><br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s Degree, Architectural Engineering, or a relevant discipline. Minimum of 10+ years of direct site inspection experience in architectural finishes, interior fit-outs, building envelopes, and multi-building complex construction. Aviation Experience is preferred Prior site experience on aviation building projects, high-spec commercial buildings, or large-scale multi-facility complexes is preferred. Deep practical knowledge of architectural construction activities and installation methods. Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural shop drawings, finish schedules, and material specs. Familiarity with local building codes, international architectural quality standards, and fire-rated assembly requirements. Proficiency in document control platforms (Aconex), CAD software (Auto CAD), and MS Office. Strong eye for detail, quality control mindset Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

The DCO brings together the Ministries of Communications and Information Technology of its Member States, and is focused on empowering youth, women, and entrepreneurs, leveraging the accelerative power of the digital economy, and leapfrogging with innovation to drive economic growth and increase social prosperity.<br>About the Role:The Senior Resource Mobilization & Funding Specialist plays a critical role in fueling the execution of the Organization’s strategic programs. In this position, you will drive the identification, evaluation, and end-to-end development of high-impact funding opportunities globally.<br>This role combines strategic analysis with relationship architecture. You will contribute to sophisticated financial modeling, while proactively packaging, promoting, and managing diverse fundraising initiatives. By transforming complex programmatic goals into compelling investment cases, you will expand the Organization's funding network, engage strategic donors, and secure the vital resources needed to accelerate digital economy development for our membership.<br>Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of operational plans aligned with DCO’s strategic objectives. Contribute to the annual budgeting process and monitor fund utilization to ensure financial efficiency and risk mitigation. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and productivity. Collaborate with Digital Economy Accelerator functions and technical teams to structure programs into fundable opportunities. Develop and maintain donor intelligence to assess feasibility, profitability, and strategic alignment of funding opportunities. Conduct due diligence, including financial, legal, and technical assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and DCO requirements. Lead the preparation of high-quality funding proposals and opportunity packages that clearly articulate value propositions and meet donor expectations. Analyze and prioritize opportunities based on financial viability, ecosystem impact, and strategic alignment to support decision-making. Manage donor reporting, relationships, and recognition to ensure transparency and fulfillment of commitments. Execute fundraising and promotional strategies in collaboration with Outreach and Global Communications teams, including campaigns, events, and digital initiatives. Serve as a key point of contact for current and prospective funding partners, supporting negotiations and agreement finalization in coordination with Legal and technical teams. Monitor fund allocation and utilization across initiatives and produce transparency and accountability reports.<br>Qualifications:4+ years of professional experience in resource mobilization, venture capital, corporate finance, investment banking, or economic development. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Development or a related equivalent field is required. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Development or equivalent is preferred.<br>Required Skills:Proven experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and structuring funding opportunities. Strong track record in developing funding proposals, investment cases, and donor-facing materials. Experience in managing donor and partner relationships, including engagement and negotiation support. Exposure to due diligence processes (financial, legal, and operational) and funding compliance requirements. Ability to work cross-functionally to translate programs into fundable opportunities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
