Unified Real Estate Development Company is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time individual contributor position involves designing and building central data infrastructure, integrating frontier Large Language Models (LLMs), and developing internal tools.

Design and build central data infrastructure, such as ClickHouse or a data lake, to aggregate data from property management, leasing, finance, and operations systems.

Integrate frontier LLMs (*, Claude, GPT-4) via API to serve as the reasoning and analysis layer over internal data.

Role Scope and Focus

This position is an individual contributor role with high autonomy and direct impact.
