Technical Reporting:Draft and compile comprehensive surveillance reports detailing detected violations and evidentiary findings, escalating them to legal or enforcement departments for regulatory action. Prepare periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) statistical reports outlining market trends, surveillance metrics, and emerging regulatory risks. System & Process Enhancement:Contribute to calibrating and upgrading automated surveillance alerts, logic, and smart monitoring systems to reduce false positives and optimize detection capabilities. Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related quantitative/analytical discipline. Experience: 3 to 8 years of progressive experience in market surveillance, market risk management, financial analysis, or trading floor oversight within regulatory bodies, investment banks, capital market institutions, or brokerage firms.
