We have strategically positioned operations in Riyadh, Dubai, California, Mumbai and Tashkent and are committed to shaping a sustainable digital future through groundbreaking innovation.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>You will lead the legal workstream for Data Volt’s global data center development program, from early-stage structuring and project development through EPC contracting, project finance, commercialization and operations.<br><br>You will be expected to step in and deliver from day one, independently leading complex project, EPC and financing transactions, supervising external counsel, and acting as a key business partner to the projects, finance and commercial teams and also compliance workstreams.<br><br>Act as lead lawyer on strategic data center projects globally, from early development through construction and operation. Structure, draft and negotiate all key project and delivery contracts, including (as relevant) EPC / EPCM / design-build contracts, long-lead equipment supply agreements, O&M agreements, master services agreements (MSAs), colocation / GPUaa S contracts, connectivity and cooling arrangements, and land / real estate documentation. Support and, where required, lead on project finance and structured financing arrangements, working closely with lenders, investors and financial advisers to deliver bankable structures and documentation Support corporate development initiatives (e.g. acquisitions, disposals, platform investments) from term sheet through closing. Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including customer agreements, service level agreements, hyperscaler / enterprise contracts, vendor and EPC contracts, and framework / master agreements. Develop and maintain playbooks, fallback positions and standard form templates for key project, EPC and commercial contracts to drive consistency, speed and quality across regions. Ensure that all project documentation appropriately allocates and mitigates construction, performance, availability, technology, and regulatory risks. Identify and manage legal and regulatory issues relating to project development, permitting, land, environmental and planning, as well as data center-specific regulations, data protection and cross-border data considerations (in coordination with specialist colleagues where appropriate). Advise on corporate governance structures for project companies and JV entities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.<br><br>Experience & Qualifications<br><br>Master’s degree in Law Admission to practice law in at least one major common law or civil law jurisdiction. Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in a leading law firm and/or in-house role, with a strong emphasis on: Project Development and Project Finance for infrastructure, energy, data centre's Proven track record of leading complex, cross-border project and financing transactions from term sheet to closing. Experience working on data center, digital infrastructure or telecoms facilities is a strong advantage. Demonstrated experience managing external counsel and leading multidisciplinary deal teams. Prior experience mentoring or managing junior lawyers and contributing to team strategy, with clear potential to step into leadership roles. Strong capability to translate technical and commercial concepts into robust legal terms, and to calibrate risk allocation in line with market standards and Data Volt’s strategy. Deep understanding of Project contracts (GTCs/Colo agreements/offtake contracts/EPCM/O&M, MSAs, connectivity, cooling & power related agreements. Deep understanding of Project finance structures and standard documentation (e.g. common terms agreements, facility agreements, security packages, direct agreements, intercreditor arrangements). Strong capability to translate technical and commercial concepts into robust legal terms, and to calibrate risk allocation in line with market standards and Data Volt’s strategy.

Senior Maintenance Manager – Hard Services North Jeddah, Saudi Arabia <br>Role Purpose<br>Manages the full spectrum of building and infrastructure maintenance operations across all technical trades. Responsible for ensuring assets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance through robust planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and a disciplined maintenance planning function.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>HVAC & Mechanical Systems:Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of all HVAC systems including AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, FCUs, and VRF/VRV units. Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards for all mechanical plant. Drive energy efficiency through optimal HVAC system management.<br>Electrical Systems:Manage maintenance of medium and low voltage electrical infrastructure including switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, and distribution boards. Oversee testing and inspection programmes for electrical installations in line with regulatory requirements. Coordinate planned outages and ensure safe isolation procedures (LOTO) are followed at all times.<br>Plumbing & Hydraulics:Manage all plumbing and hydraulic systems including domestic water, drainage, fire suppression, and pumping systems. Ensure Legionella management plans and water hygiene programmes are maintained and documented. Oversee maintenance of pumps, valves, pipework, and associated infrastructure.<br>Lifts & Escalators:Manage maintenance contracts and in-house works for all vertical transportation assets (lifts, escalators, dumbwaiters). Ensure statutory inspection and testing obligations are met and certification is current. Monitor performance, breakdowns, and contractor response times against SLAs.<br>Low Current Systems & BMS:Oversee maintenance of low current systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA/VA, structured cabling, and data networks. Manage the Building Management System (BMS) — including monitoring, fault diagnosis, and optimisation of building performance. Coordinate upgrades and integration of new systems into the BMS.<br>Civil Works & Building Fabric:Manage planned and reactive maintenance of civil and building fabric elements including structure, roofing, flooring, finishes, doors, and glazing. Coordinate minor civil and repair works and ensure quality of workmanship meets standards. Liaise with projects team on refurbishment and modification works impacting building fabric.<br>Maintenance Planning:Develop and maintain a comprehensive PPM schedule across all trades and asset types using a CAFM/CMMS system. Analyse maintenance data to identify recurring faults, ageing assets, and opportunities for improvement. Produce maintenance performance reports including KPIs, work order completion rates, and asset availability. Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and stock control for critical assets.<br>Team & Contractor Management :Lead, develop, and performance-manage a multi-trade maintenance team. Manage subcontractor performance and specialist maintenance contracts. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely, in compliance with HSE standards and permit-to work procedures.<br>Experience & Qualifications<br>15+ years in building/facilities maintenance, with at least 5+ years in a management role. Strong technical background across multiple trades (MEP preferred). Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Recognised maintenance or FM qualification (e.g., BIFM, City & Guilds, CIBSE) is advantageous. Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS systems. Demonstrated experience managing large teams.<br>Skills & Competencies<br>In-depth technical knowledge of MEP systems, BMS, and building fabric. Strong planning and organisational skills with a methodical approach to maintenance management. Ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary technical teams. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse maintenance metrics and drive improvements. Sound knowledge of HSE regulations and safe systems of work.<br>This is a full-time onsite position, working five days a week plus alternative Saturdays.

Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/<br>Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS</p><br><br>Job Description<br><br><ul><li>Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across all designated hotel areas.</li><li>Maintain continuous observation of guest areas, entrances, exits, back-of-house areas, parking areas, and other sensitive locations.</li><li>Identify and report suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activities to the Security Supervisor or Security Management.</li><li>Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies observed through the CCTV system.</li><li>Record and maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.</li><li>Review and retrieve CCTV footage when requested for investigations or incident follow-up.</li><li>Ensure that CCTV recordings and related information are handled confidentially and securely.</li><li>Coordinate with the Security, Front Office, Engineering, and other relevant departments when required.</li><li>Monitor access points and restricted areas to ensure compliance with hotel security procedures.</li><li>Immediately report equipment malfunctions, camera failures, or technical issues to the Security Supervisor and Engineering/IT team.</li><li>Assist in investigations by providing relevant CCTV footage and information in accordance with authorized procedures.</li><li>Maintain professional confidentiality regarding guests, colleagues, incidents, and hotel operations.</li><li>Follow all hotel security policies, emergency procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Perform any other duties related to security and surveillance as assigned by the Security Management.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent; additional security-related training is an advantage.</li><li>Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.</li><li>Good knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and monitoring procedures.</li><li>Basic computer skills and ability to operate security monitoring software.</li><li>Good observation and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and focused during emergency situations.</li><li>High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights( men only ) , weekends, and public holidays.</li></ul><br>Additional Information<br><br><p>experience is an asset<br>Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus</p><br> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
