The Governance Manager plays a key role in strengthening and maintaining effective corporate governance practices across BIHG and its subsidiaries. The role is responsible for supporting Board and General Assembly requirements, developing and maintaining governance policies and charters, monitoring compliance with applicable regulations and internal governance requirements, and strengthening governance practices across subsidiaries.<br>Key Responsibilities1.
