ROLE OVERVIEWThe Retail Inventory Controller will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels across retail stores, systems, and warehouses. The role will ensure that inventory controls and procedures are effectively implemented at store level, while maintaining accurate stock-on-hand information and supporting retail operations through detailed inventory analysis, audits, investigations, and reporting.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRun daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and perform detailed analysis of item performance. Develop and continuously enhance accurate and consistent inventory reporting structures. Identify high-turnover and low-turnover inventory items and provide relevant reports to the respective teams. Control inventory adjustments and conduct quantity and price variance analysis. Investigate system and inventory discrepancies and drive timely resolution. Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service. Minimize inaccuracies in store stock data and ensure inventory records remain reliable. Drive the stock audit process from planning through execution. Ensure stock quantities and stock revenue are accurately maintained and aligned across ERP systems. Organize and analyze large volumes of inventory data effectively. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to prevent inventory irregularities. Coordinate store receiving and shipping of inventory into and out of warehouses, including end-of-season transfers and inter-branch transfers. Report investigation findings and potential loss-prevention issues to management. REQUIREMENTS<br>Education University degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Retail Management, or a related field. Experience3–4 years of relevant experience in retail inventory control. Strong experience in stock management, inventory analysis, stock reconciliation, and retail inventory operations. Experience working with inventory management and ERP systems, preferably SAP. Experience in consumer goods and apparel industry is highly preferred. Skills & Attributes Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to organize and interpret large volumes of data. Strong problem-solving and investigation skills. Good understanding of retail inventory controls, stock audits, and loss prevention. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements in line with relevant standards and company policies. The Financial Controller monitors accounting operations, ensures accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings, and maintains robust internal controls and compliance with local regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting, providing insights to management for decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes. Qualifications Strong accounting and finance foundation, including Accounting and Finance skills, with experience in corporate or industrial environments. Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare, interpret, and present reports to senior leadership. Advanced Analytical Skills to perform variance analysis, assess financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; strong Excel and data analysis capabilities. Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. Knowledge of local regulatory and tax requirements in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is preferred. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation and records. Daily responsibilities include ensuring documents are up-to-date, compliant with company standards, and properly archived. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, providing documentation support to project teams, and maintaining efficient document management systems. The Document Controller will manage project information, document control systems, governance records, transmittals, evidence packs, and audit-ready documentation throughout Phase 1 mobilization.<br>Key Responsibilities Maintain master document registers, transmittals, and version-control processes. Manage governance records, action logs, decision logs, and evidence packs. Support project reporting and audit-readiness requirements. Coordinate documentation across asset, technical, and transition workstreams. Ensure all submissions comply with approved formats and quality standards.<br>Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Project Controls, or related discipline. Experience in document control within construction, infrastructure, FM, or engineering projects. Strong knowledge of document management systems and version control. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
The Document Controller is responsible for the receipt, registration, distribution, filing, tracking, retrieval, and archiving of project and corporate documents. The role ensures that all documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and contractual requirements.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Document Management<br><br>Control and maintain project documentation in accordance with company standards and procedures Receive, register, categorize, distribute, and archive incoming and outgoing documents Maintain document numbering, revision control, and approval workflows Ensure all documents are accurately logged in the Document Management System (DMS) Monitor document submissions, approvals, and overdue actions<br><br>Records & Compliance<br><br>Maintain up-to-date records of all project correspondence, drawings, specifications, reports, and other controlled documents Ensure compliance with document control processes, ISO standards, and client requirements Perform regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness Protect confidential information and ensure proper access controls<br><br>Coordination & Reporting<br><br>Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients regarding document submissions and revisions Generate document status reports, transmittals, and registers Support project managers and engineers in document retrieval and distribution Track document review cycles and follow up on pending approvals<br><br>Archiving<br><br>Manage electronic and physical filing systems Ensure project documents are archived according to company retention policies Facilitate document handover and closeout activities at project completion<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field Certification in Document Control or Records Management is an advantage<br><br>Experience<br><br>2-5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based environments Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, Procore, Share Point, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms
