Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. </span></p><br><p><span><span><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></span></span></p><br><ul><li><span><span>Develop and coordinate detailed work packs for restoration and site-execution activities.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Manage planning interfaces between the client, project team and multiple EPC contractors.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Monitor the overall progress and performance of restoration activities.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Conduct daily earned value analysis and evaluate project performance.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Prepare daily progress and performance reports for project leadership and the client.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Manage and maintain the Level 1 Client Master Schedule.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Develop and update detailed Level 3 engineering schedules.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Monitor engineering deliverables through the Master Document Register and Engineering Deliverables Status Register.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Track and report engineering progress against approved plans and schedules.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Monitor procurement plans, vendor activities, equipment and material delivery dates.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Prepare procurement progress reports and highlight potential schedule impacts.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Review and verify quantities included in contractor progress submissions.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Validate reported contractor progress and support the review of payment applications.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Review contractor schedules, look-ahead plans, forecasts and recovery programmes.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Identify schedule risks, constraints, delays and critical-path impacts.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Recommend corrective and recovery actions to protect project milestones.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams to validate progress.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Provide accurate forecasts, schedule analysis and planning information to support project decision-making.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ensure that planning and reporting activities comply with project procedures, client requirements and Worley standards.</span></span></li></ul> <p><span><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></span></p><br><ul><li><span><span>A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management or a related discipline.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Significant project planning and scheduling experience within the oil and gas, petrochemical, energy, industrial or infrastructure sectors.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience working in a Senior or Principal planning position on complex EPC, brownfield, restoration or site-execution projects.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong experience coordinating multiple EPC contractors and project stakeholders.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Advanced Primavera P6 skills.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience developing and maintaining Level 1 and Level 3 project schedules.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong knowledge of earned value management, progress measurement, forecasting and schedule-performance analysis.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience managing engineering deliverable registers, including MDR and EDSR tracking.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience monitoring procurement plans, vendor documentation and material delivery schedules.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience reviewing contractor progress quantities and supporting the validation of payment submissions.</span></span></li><li><span><span>A strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning processes.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent analytical, reporting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Advanced Microsoft Excel and project-reporting skills.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.</span></span></li><li><p><span><span>The ability to work full-time at the project site in Yanbu.</span></span></p><br></li><li><span>Experience with EcoSys and Power BI would be advantageous.</span></li><li><span><span>PMP, PMI-SP, AACE or an equivalent professional certification would be advantageous.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere in the Middle East would also be advantageous.</span></span></li></ul><p><strong>Moving forward together</strong></p><br><p>We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
