Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with the Technical Lead and development team to move our containerized workloads toward production-ready Kubernetes, manage deployments across mixed on-premise and cloud environments, and keep releases reliable and secure across multiple concurrent customer engagements. <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>

<li><strong>CI/CD Management:</strong> Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across our products and multiple concurrent customer projects.</li>
<li><strong>Kubernetes Orchestration:</strong> Lead the effort to take containerized workloads to production-ready Kubernetes, including cluster design, deployment strategy, and rollout.</li>
<li><strong>Hybrid Deployments:</strong> Manage and automate deployments across mixed environments (customer on-premise data centers and cloud platforms) according to each engagement's requirements.</li>
<li><strong>Infrastructure as Code:</strong> Build and maintain IaC for provisioning, configuration, and environment management.</li>
<li><strong>Security & Compliance:</strong> Own secrets management and encryption-at-rest practices aligned with customer security requirements. Support customer security and architecture review meetings with infrastructure evidence, diagrams, and documentation.</li>
<li><strong>Observability & Maintenance:</strong> Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and application performance monitoring (APM) across environments.</li>
<li><strong>System Collaboration:</strong> Work remotely with the Technical Lead and development team to align infrastructure decisions with system architecture and integration requirements.</li>
<li><strong>Incident Response:</strong> Troubleshoot production issues across on-premise and cloud deployments and participate in incident response.</li>
<li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Document deployment architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures.</li>

<strong>Requirements</strong>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, infrastructure, or site reliability role.</li>
<li><strong>Remote Work Capability:</strong> Proven ability to work effectively in a remote/distributed environment.</li>
<li><strong>Containerization & Kubernetes:</strong> Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including designing and operating production-grade clusters.</li>
<li><strong>CI/CD Tools:</strong> Experience building and maintaining pipelines with platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.</li>
<li><strong>Infrastructure as Code:</strong> Hands-on experience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar for provisioning and configuration management.</li>
<li><strong>Hybrid Environment Familiarity:</strong> Experience deploying and operating systems in customer-hosted, on-premise environments as well as at least one major cloud provider (GCP Infrastructure experience is a strong plus).</li>
<li><strong>Security Practices:</strong> Working knowledge of secrets management and security hardening practices (KMS, Vault, or similar).</li>
<li><strong>Networking:</strong> Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including load balancing, reverse proxies, and API gateways.</li>
<li><strong>Tech Stack Alignment:</strong> Comfortable working directly with development teams building on .NET, React, and Flutter to support build and release processes.</li>
<li><strong>Languages:</strong> Good written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus for coordinating with regional customer IT and security teams.</li>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.</li>
