This full-time role involves overseeing security operations, ensuring property safety, and responding to various incidents to maintain a secure environment for guests and employees.</p>

<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Follow all company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.</li>

<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><br>
<p>Lead the definition of business requirements for corporate escrow account products aligned with Saudi market demand and AJB's corporate banking proposition. The scope excludes REGA-related requirements, which have already been addressed.</p><br>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Assess demand for different corporate escrow use cases and define the target product proposition.</li><li>Define target customer segments, eligibility criteria, account structures and permitted transaction types.</li><li>Document end-to-end processes for account opening, funding, transaction authorization, fund release, reconciliation, servicing and closure.</li><li>Define the roles and obligations of the bank, account holder, beneficiary and other involved parties.</li><li>Document approval structures, conditions for releasing funds, exception scenarios and dispute-handling requirements.</li><li>Define operational, legal, compliance, reporting, notification and control requirements.</li><li>Identify integration requirements across core banking, digital channels, payments, workflow, document management and reporting platforms.</li><li>Produce the detailed BRD, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria and requirements traceability matrix.</li><li>Lead stakeholder reviews and manage the BRD through approval and sign-off.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><br>

<p>Ensure that all contracting initiatives, decisions and commitments are recorded in an auditable manner Provide negotiation support to package management team on contract deviations including development and maintenance of deviation register . <p>The Launch Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all launch activities associated with new vehicle programs, engineering changes, and manufacturing readiness. This role serves as a key interface between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Program Management, and Product Development teams to ensure successful vehicle launches from concept through Start of Production (SOP). The Launch Engineer leads readiness assessments, build event coordination, issue management, validation activities, and operational readiness execution to ensure safety, quality, cost, timing, and volume objectives are achieved.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Launch Planning & Readiness Support the development and execution of launch plans for new vehicle programs and major product changes.
