The position requires hands-on experience in Thru Tubing interventions, including fishing, milling, cleanout, cutting, and completion services. Job Description The Detailing Engineer sits within SELA's fabrication and production workshop, converting design concepts, 3D renders, and structural/architectural drawings into fully dimensioned, buildable shop drawings for event sets, exhibition stands, scenic elements, staging, and structures. He/she is the technical bridge between the Design department and the Workshop floor, ensuring every fabricated piece is engineered for accuracy, material efficiency, structural integrity, and safe rigging/installation before a single cut is made. This is a detail-critical, deadline-driven role requiring strong CAD/3D modeling skills combined with practical knowledge of fabrication methods used in live events. Key Responsibilities 1. Detailing & Technical Drawing • Shop Drawing Production: Convert approved concept designs, 3D renders, and architectural drawings into detailed 2D fabrication drawings and cutting lists for carpentry, metalwork, and scenic elements. • 3D Modeling: Build accurate 3D models (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Tekla, Solidworks, or equivalent) of sets, stands, and structures to validate dimensions, tolerances, and assembly sequence prior to production. • Material & BOQ Take-off: Generate precise bills of quantities and cut lists for timber, steel, aluminum, MDF, acrylic, and other fabrication materials to minimize wastage and support accurate procurement. • Structural Detailing: Detail load-bearing elements, connections, weld points, and fixings for platforms, trusses, staging, and rigging points, ensuring designs are structurally sound and code-compliant. • Clash Detection: Cross-check drawings against MEP, AV, lighting, and rigging layouts to identify and resolve clashes before fabrication begins. 2. Production Support & Coordination • Workshop Liaison: Work directly with the Installation Team Leader, carpenters, welders, and fabricators to clarify drawings, resolve on-the-shop-floor queries, and update details based on practical build constraints. • Design Liaison: Coordinate with Designers and Project Managers to confirm design intent, obtain approvals on technical revisions, and communicate any design changes required for buildability. • As-Built Updates: Revise and reissue drawings to reflect on-site or in-workshop modifications, maintaining an accurate as-built record for each project. • CNC & Machine Files: Prepare CNC cutting/routing files and machine-ready outputs where applicable, to streamline pre-fabrication in the workshop. 3. Responsibilities Job Overview: Support the implementation of the QFS Management System (MS) in the plant to ensure products compliance to specifications through continuous monitoring, testing and inspection to verify products specs and ensure adherence to QFS processes and liaise with stakeholders to take immediate actions whenever needed while at the same support building of necessary competencies to all concerned parties to ensure proper understanding and implementation of the requirements so that QFS targets are achieved Responsibilities: • Put the QFS Policy into implementation and assume all responsibilities assigned in the QFS MS • Conduct inspections on the products quality versus specifications as per the inspection sheet and prepare related reports • Monitor the adherence to food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene requirements • Conduct behavioral safety observations as assigned by plant QFS Manager • Note any deviations and communicate to the stakeholders and ensure proper course of action is immediately taking place including hold and release of any nonconforming product according to the Hold and release procedure • Verify and validate undertaken actions to ensure their effectiveness in delivering required improvements • Support the QFS training program as assigned by the plant QFS Manager • Conduct Sanitation verification and Bio-trace as per sanitation procedure requirements • Provide QFS advice/guidance/coaching to the plant team and identify common competency gaps to be addressed in the relevant training programs • Support the QFS MS development and continuous improvements through active participation as assigned by the plant QFS Manager • Recognize and embrace positive behaviours and practices. • Ensuring calibrations of all QFS control equipment (metal detectors, primary and secondary weighers and check weighers, seal checkers, balances…etc.) • Any other actions or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager that is in line and supports the job main purpose. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, industrial labor accommodation, residential compound management, or support services. Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good command of the English language. Ability to work in an industrial and operational environment that requires field supervision, coordination, and multitasking.

وصف الشركة: شركة مجد ينبع للصناعات هي شركة سعودية ذات مسؤولية محدودة تأسست كمشروع مشترك استراتيجي بنسبة 50/50 بين شركة السويدي للكابلات وشركة الفنار للأنظمة الكهربائية. تتخذ الشركة من مدينة ينبع الصناعية مقراً لها، وتتخصص في تصنيع قضبان النحاس عالية النقاء لتلبية الاحتياجات الصناعية والبنية التحتية في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية ومنطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي الأوسع. الهدف من الوظيفة: مسؤول عن إدارة وتنسيق سكن الموظفين والعمال والخدمات الداعمة ذات الصلة، وضمان أن مرافق السكن آمنة ونظيفة ومجهزة بشكل مناسب وتتم صيانتها وفقاً لمعايير الشركة والمتطلبات التشغيلية. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: إدارة عمليات سكن العمال، بما في ذلك تخصيص الغرف وإجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج ومراقبة الإشغال وسجلات السكن. ضمان توفر وحالة ونظافة مرافق السكن والأثاث والمعدات والإمدادات الأساسية. تنسيق ومراقبة خدمات تقديم الطعام والوجبات اليومية بناءً على عدد واحتياجات الموظفين والعمال المقيمين في السكن. الإشراف على موظفي التنظيف في الشركة، بما في ذلك توزيع المهام وجداول العمل والحضور والأداء ومعايير النظافة. تنسيق ومتابعة أعمال الصيانة والإصلاحات والقضايا المتعلقة بالمرافق حتى اكتمالها وحلها. مراقبة الإمدادات والخدمات والتكاليف المتعلقة بالسكن لضمان الاستخدام الفعال لموارد الشركة. الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة وإعداد تقارير دورية تتعلق بالسكن والإشغال وخدمات التنظيف وتقديم الطعام. معالجة الطلبات والمخاوف والقضايا المتعلقة بالسكن، وضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب بالتنسيق مع الإدارات ذات الصلة. المؤهلات والخبرة: درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة. خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في إدارة المرافق، أو سكن العمال الصناعي، أو إدارة المجمعات السكنية، أو الخدمات الداعمة. مهارات تنظيمية وتواصل وتنسيق وحل مشكلات قوية. إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية. القدرة على العمل في بيئة صناعية وتشغيلية تتطلب الإشراف الميداني والتنسيق وتعدد المهام.
