Inspection, Testing, and Troubleshooting Conduct routine inspections and condition assessments of assigned mechanical equipment.<br> Use approved maintenance and diagnostic tools such as vibration meters, infrared thermometers, laser alignment tools, dial gauges, feeler gauges, torque wrenches, pressure gauges, vernier calipers, and micrometers.<br> Assist in vibration monitoring, alignment checks, bearing inspections, pump performance checks, valve testing, pressure testing, leak testing, and functional testing.<br> Record inspection findings, test readings, equipment condition, defects identified, and maintenance work completed.<br> Assist in identifying the root cause of equipment failures and support implementation of corrective actions.<br> Monitor repeated failures and report recommendations for repair, modification, replacement, or maintenance-plan improvement.<br> Support basic welding, fabrication, and workshop repair activities.<br> Participate in planned shutdowns, major outages, overhauls, commissioning activities, warranty works, and emergency repairs.<br> 3. Safety, Permit-to-Work, and Compliance Follow all applicable safety rules, permit-to-work requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, confined-space-entry requirements, lifting procedures, and site safety standards.<br> Verify that equipment is properly isolated, depressurized, drained, vented, cooled down, and released for maintenance before starting work.<br> Use required personal protective equipment, approved tools, lifting equipment, and safety devices at all times.<br> Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, safety observations, hazard reporting, audits, and incident investigations.<br> Immediately report unsafe conditions, leaks, damaged tools, lifting hazards, near misses, and incidents.<br> Follow environmental and waste-management requirements, including proper identification, handling, segregation, and disposal of waste materials.<br> Ensure maintenance work complies with approved site procedures, OEM requirements, quality standards, and EHS requirements.<br> 4. Documentation and CMMS Support Complete maintenance checklists, inspection sheets, work completion records, test reports, and defect reports accurately.<br> Provide clear feedback to the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer regarding work completed, materials used, defects found, and follow-up actions required.<br> Support work-order completion, man-hour recording, and equipment-history updates in the CMMS.<br> 5. Spare Parts, Tools, and Housekeeping Review assigned work orders and identify the required spare parts, consumables, tools, lifting equipment, and test instruments before starting work.<br> Check availability of spare parts and coordinate with the warehouse storekeeper for material collection and return.<br> Maintain mechanical hand tools, power tools, lifting tools, portable test instruments, and workshop equipment in good working condition.<br> Report shortages of spare parts, consumables, special tools, and defective equipment to the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.<br> Maintain good housekeeping in workshops, equipment areas, stores, and maintenance locations.<br> 6. Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is cleaned thoroughly at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty free products are provided before flying. Ensures orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning and/or maintenance staff. Carries out the post-flight briefing and assessment reports as per adopted policies and procedures: provides objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reports any problems or discrepancies on flight, closing and sealing of duty free containers. Accounts to Cabin Supervisor for the conduct of passengers; carries out the duties of ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when designated as such by the Captain. Position Title: CCR Operator<br><br>Reports to: Maintenance Senior Engineer <br><br>Location: Shigri, Tabuk<br><br>Job Purpose<br><br>To monitor and control the operations and parameters of the power and water units through the plant’s control room and maintain a steady state of operations of the units, to meet the required production targets, in accordance with ACWA NOMAC’s work instructions and quality and HSSE standards.<br><br>Description<br><br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: <br><br>Control Room Operations<br><br>Operate the assigned unit / plant from the control panel as per defined procedures, adjust operating conditions and product flows and take immediate corrective action in the event of abnormalities or malfunction in the operating equipment. Develop thorough understanding of plant layout, processes, operating advanced technology systems and equipment and work procedures of multiple operating assets in order to perform duties and day-to-day operations as per defined quality/HSE standards. Maintain continuous radio contact with field operators, informing them of current operating conditions and initiating required actions to maintain operations within the agreed operating parameters. Update the control room registers and logs and carry out proper shift handover to ensure seamless communication. Follow the work instructions of the Shift Supervisor / Engineer, monitor any system abnormalities and take quick actions and decisions to normalize the equipment as per the work instructions / SOPs. Make initial diagnostic check to determine cause of equipment malfunction, correct faults if required or raise work requests for faulty equipment to the concerned departments and follow up for the timely and efficient defect rectification. Coordinate and ensure Lock Out & Tag Out during the isolation of equipment for maintenance and normalize the equipment after cancellation, as per the approved Permit to Work procedure.
