<h3 data-start="169" data-end="190">Job Overview</h3> We are looking for a Sales Representative for the Projects Department who has the ability to build strong relationships with real estate developers and project engineers, and work on supplying pipe products (PPR – PVC) for private and government projects within the city of Jeddah. <h3 data-start="390" data-end="414">Tasks and Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="415" data-end="848"> <li data-start="415" data-end="509"> Develop and build long-term professional relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and project engineers. </li> <li data-start="510" data-end="595"> Follow up on existing and new projects and work on including the company's products within the supply scope. </li> <li data-start="596" data-end="682"> Coordinate with project and procurement teams to ensure supply operations are executed according to schedules. </li> <li data-start="683" data-end="736"> Prepare pricing offers and follow up until deals are closed. </li> <li data-start="737" data-end="801"> Monitor the market and competitors and provide regular reports on project opportunities. </li> <li data-start="802" data-end="848"> Achieve the approved sales targets for the Projects Department. </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="850" data-end="875">Qualifications and Requirements</h3> <ul data-start="876" data-end="1184"> <li data-start="876" data-end="971"> Experience or previous exposure in working on projects (private or government), and it is not required to be in the same product. </li> <li data-start="972" data-end="1036"> Experience in construction materials or project supply is preferred. </li> <li data-start="1037" data-end="1078"> Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written. </li> <li data-start="1079" data-end="1122"> High communication and negotiation skills and relationship building. </li> <li data-start="1123" data-end="1184"> Ability to work in the field and manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1186" data-end="1212">Additional Benefits (Preferred)</h3> <ul data-start="1213" data-end="1315"> <li data-start="1213" data-end="1253"> Knowledge of the project market in the city of Jeddah. </li> <li data-start="1254" data-end="1315"> Ability to read blueprints or understand project requirements in general.</li></ul>
