Position Overview Regional Sales Manager – Power & Water will be responsible for developing and growing Neway’s valve business across the Power and Water sectors in Saudi Arabia, with primary responsibility for end-user development, EPC project pursuit, consultant engagement, vendor approvals, and strategic customer relationships. The successful candidate must have a strong existing network within the Saudi Power and Water markets, including relationships with major end users, utilities, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and project stakeholders. This is a senior commercial role requiring a proven ability to identify major projects at an early stage, influence specifications and approved vendor lists, develop project pursuit strategies, coordinate technical and commercial activities, and convert opportunities into orders. The candidate should have demonstrated experience managing or developing an annual business portfolio of USD 10 million or more, preferably involving industrial valves or comparable engineering equipment.<br>Key Responsibilities1. Saudi Water Sector – End-User Development Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineering departments, procurement teams, maintenance organizations, project departments, and vendor approval teams within Saudi Arabia's Water sector. The candidate should have established market knowledge and preferably existing relationships across organizations involved in:Water production and desalination Independent Water Projects (IWPs) Water transmission systems and pipelines Municipal and industrial water treatment Wastewater and sewage treatment Pumping stations and storage facilities Water distribution infrastructure Desalination plant operation and maintenance Identify upcoming capital projects, plant expansions, replacement requirements, maintenance opportunities, and long-term supply opportunities. Saudi Power Sector – End-User Development Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across Saudi Arabia's Power sector, including organizations involved in:Conventional power generation Combined cycle power plants Independent Power Projects (IPPs) Cogeneration Power plants Renewable and energy infrastructure Power and water integrated facilities Power plant operation and maintenance Balance-of-plant systems and associated utilities Build relationships with engineering, projects, procurement, operations, maintenance, and vendor qualification departments. Identify greenfield projects, brownfield expansions, plant upgrades, replacement programs, shutdown requirements, and recurring MRO opportunities. Develop Neway's position as a strategic valve supplier for major Saudi Power-sector customers.3. EPC Contractor Relationships & Project Pursuit Develop and maintain strong relationships with Saudi and international EPC contractors executing Power and Water projects in the Kingdom, particularly with engineering, procurement, project management, and commercial teams. Lead EPC project pursuit from early identification and specification through RFQ, technical/commercial negotiation, and award. Track major projects, EPC bidders, consultants, specifications, valve packages, competitors, decision-makers, and project schedules. Coordinate with Neway factories, Engineering, Inside Sales, and Quality to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals and secure project-specific approvals.4. Engineering Consultant Relationships Develop strong relationships with engineering consultants, FEED contractors, PMCs, owner's engineers, and design houses active in Saudi Power and Water projects. Engage during concept, FEED, specification, and detailed engineering stages to position Neway products and secure inclusion in project specifications and approved vendor lists. Conduct technical presentations and work with consultants to demonstrate compliance with project specifications, international standards, and end-user requirements.5. Vendor Registration & End-User Approvals Lead vendor registration, manufacturer qualification, product approval, and Approved Vendor List (AVL) inclusion with key Saudi Power and Water end users. Build relationships with vendor registration, engineering, quality, procurement, and technical approval teams and actively follow approvals through completion. Coordinate technical submissions, factory audits, certifications, reference lists, testing, and other qualification requirements with Neway factories, Engineering, and Quality. Maintain a clear approval plan covering priority end users, current status, outstanding requirements, and target completion dates.6. Sales & Business Management Manage and develop a Power and Water business portfolio with a targeted scale of USD 10 million+ annually. Prepare and execute annual business plans covering:Sales targets Key accounts Major EPC projects End-user development Vendor approvals Consultant development MRO opportunities Strategic account penetration Maintain a detailed and realistic sales and project pipeline. Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts to the General Manager. Take commercial ownership of major opportunities, including pricing strategy, competitive positioning, negotiation strategy, payment terms, commercial risk, and order conversion. Work closely with Inside Sales to ensure quotations are technically compliant, commercially competitive, and submitted within customer deadlines. Monitor competitors, market pricing, customer buying behavior, project developments, and changes in the Saudi Power and Water markets.7. Maintain regular face-to-face customer engagement throughout Saudi Arabia. Internal Coordination Work closely with the General Manager on Saudi Power and Water strategy, major opportunities, key account development, pricing, approvals, and commercial decisions. Coordinate with Neway manufacturing facilities and global teams for technical support, project references, documentation, customer visits, factory audits, and major project negotiations. Provide clear internal visibility of strategic projects and ensure appropriate resources are mobilized for high-value opportunities. Support resolution of technical, quality, delivery, documentation, and commercial issues affecting strategic customers. Reporting & KPIsProvide regular reporting to the General Manager covering:Order intake and sales Project pipeline and weighted forecast Major EPC pursuits End-user development Consultant engagement Vendor approvals Key account activity MRO development Competitor intelligence Risks and required management actions Performance will be measured not only by quotation activity but by qualified pipeline creation, specification positioning, approvals achieved, strategic relationships developed, order conversion, revenue growth, and profitability.<br>Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant sales/business development experience, with substantial exposure to Saudi Arabia's Power and/or Water sectors. Proven experience in industrial valves or comparable engineered equipment strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience handling or developing an annual business portfolio of USD 10 million or above. Strong existing relationships with Power and Water end users in Saudi Arabia. Strong relationships with EPC contractors executing Power and Water projects in Saudi Arabia. Established network among engineering consultants, FEED contractors, PMCs, and design organizations serving the Saudi Power and Water sectors. Demonstrated experience securing vendor registrations, end-user approvals, manufacturer qualifications, and AVL inclusion. Proven track record of EPC project pursuit, preferably from early project identification and specification through RFQ, negotiation, and order award. Ability to understand valve specifications, datasheets, material requirements, international standards, and project documentation. Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience handling significant project values. Ability to develop relationships at multiple levels, from engineers and procurement personnel to senior management. Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment and project-sales cycle. Fluent English required; Arabic is highly desirable. Willingness to travel extensively throughout Saudi Arabia and internationally when required. Self-driven, commercially focused, accountable, and capable of operating independently while coordinating effectively with regional and global teams. When you join Lummus, you are empowered to make an impact and be part of a dynamic team that celebrates creativity, encourages professional development, and fosters collaboration.<br><br>From our technology portfolio to our global workforce, Lummus is growing at a rapid pace, and we hope that you will grow with us during this exciting time.<br><br>Responsible for marketing the portfolio of technologies worldwide, identifying and obtaining new business in the Ethylene industry, developing long-term customer relationships, maintenance of alliances and partnerships and promoting our products and services.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities including proactive involvement in the sales/pricing strategy and leading the business risk analysis.</li><li>Serve as the commercial liaison between the Lummus Technology operating group and the prospective client and maintain consistent contact with these key client representatives.</li><li>Develop and negotiate licensing and engineering agreements.</li><li>Work internally across the functions of the organization to develop and gain approval for the negotiated position.</li><li>Work within the organization to ensure awarded projects are on-track including following project management activities as well as ensuring licensee payments are made per contract.</li><li>Carry out market research, analysis, and sales forecasting and gather competitive intelligence and provide market feedback and technology requirements to technology managers.</li><li>Establish strong relationships with regional sales representatives and other business groups.</li><li>In consultation with other team members, decide on the sales strategy for individual proposals and ensure adequate staffing of the proposal effort is in place.</li><li>Assist in developing/implementing growth strategies for the business group.</li><li>Implement marketing plan for innovative sales approach.</li><li>Coordinate proposal risk analysis and present overall Risk Review to management.</li><li>Prepare commercial offers and give client presentations for technology sales.</li><li>Closely review contract terms and conditions and coordinate reviews with the legal and financial department</li><li>Negotiate basic engineering package and catalyst license agreements.</li><li>Accompany prospects to licensee’s plant visit.</li><li>Maintain and update the sales database to ensure it is current and accurate.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or a related field; MBA a plus</li><li>Must have ten years of experience in process design and general technology and marketing/licensing sales in an international environment.</li><li>Strong background in at least one technology to understand the technology business.</li><li>Commercially savvy - has had sales/business development and contract negotiation experience.</li><li>Excellent communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills required.</li><li>Must have a high degree of self-motivation and energy and be able to earn the respect of our team.</li><li>Must have a strong knowledge of various cultures and international styles.</li><li>Strong commercial savvy and negotiating skills needed.</li><li>Capable of driving the technology by being sensitive to marketplace.</li><li>Must have a strong balance of highly technical and commercial capabilities.</li><li>Ability to evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities based upon timing, the reality of projects, and the intrinsic value to the Company.</li><li>Requires strong understanding of profitability potential of project opportunities.<br><br></li></ul>Lummus Technology is the global leader in developing technology solutions that make modern life possible and focus on a more sustainable, low carbon future. نبذة عن الوظيفةتبحث شركة التطوير الشامل للتطوير العقاري (Tatwir Co) عن مستشار مبيعات للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، للعمل على مشاريع سكنية ضمن برنامج وزارة الإسكان، مع التركيز على بيع مشاريع البيع على الخارطة، ومتابعة العملاء من مرحلة التواصل الأولى وحتى توقيع العقد، بما يساهم في تحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات ونمو الشركة.المجال المهني: العقاراتنوع التوظيف: دوام كاملمقر العمل: الرياضالمهام• تسويق مشاريع البيع على الخارطة وعرضها على العملاء المحتملين.• متابعة العملاء في مراكز الاتصال وتقديم شرح عن المشاريع والمنتجات.• استقبال العملاء وتحليل احتياجاتهم وتقديم الحلول العقارية المناسبة.• إدارة ومتابعة مبيعات العملاء غير المستحقين للدعم على مشاريع البيع على الخارطة.• تسويق وحدات البيع على الخارطة للعملاء غير المستحقين للدعم الحكومي.• تحقيق مستهدفات مبيعات العملاء غير المستحقين للدعم وفق خطة الشركة.• متابعة العملاء خلال جميع مراحل الشراء والتأكد من اكتمال إجراءات البيع خارج منظومة الدعم.• إتمام عمليات البيع وتوثيق العقود عبر المنصات الرسمية مثل «سكني» و«وافي».• تحقيق الأهداف البيعية الشهرية والسنوية حسب خطة الشركة.• بناء علاقات مستدامة مع العملاء لضمان رضاهم وتحقيق فرص بيع مستقبلية.• التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية (التسويق، التمويل، خدمة العملاء) لضمان تجربة عميل متكاملة.• تحديث قاعدة بيانات العملاء ومتابعة مراحل الإغلاق العقاري.المتطلبات• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات العقارية، ويفضل وجود خبرة في مشاريع البيع على الخارطة.• معرفة بالسوق العقاري وأساليب البيع والتفاوض.• مهارات تواصل وإقناع قوية.• إجادة استخدام أنظمة CRM لإدارة علاقات العملاء.• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحقيق الأهداف.• القدرة على التعامل مع العملاء غير المستحقين للدعم وفهم احتياجاتهم التمويلية والشرائية.• القدرة على متابعة دورة البيع كاملة من التواصل الأول وحتى إتمام عملية الشراء.
