Job Purpose<br><br>The Manager - IT Strategy and Planning is responsible for developing, driving, and governing the Technology strategy, operating model, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities. customer relationships across the public and private sectors — acquiring new customers, developing existing accounts, and selling the company's end-to-end solutions in network infrastructure (active & passive), physical security, building management systems (BMS), data centers, software solutions and licensing (systems platforms, enterprise software, and business applications), and cybersecurity solutions, working closely with the presales and technical teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Duties & Responsibilities Business Development & Customer Acquisition• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and prospects across target sectors (government, real estate, healthcare, education, industrial, and others).• Contribute to expanding the company's customer base and market share in network infrastructure (active & passive), physical security, BMS, data center, software, and cybersecurity solutions.• Track public and private tenders (including the Etimad platform) and identify opportunities that fit the company's offerings.• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and industry conferences to expand the network and attract new customers. Customer Follow-up & Relationship Management• Follow up on and grow a portfolio of existing customers through upselling and cross-selling, including upgrades to existing systems and complementary software and cybersecurity solutions.• Build strong professional relationships with customer decision-makers and understand their needs and future plans.• Follow up on customer satisfaction after project award and delivery, supporting repeat business, contract renewals, maintenance agreements, and software license and subscription renewals.• Handle customer feedback in coordination with the relevant teams, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Sales Cycle Management & Deal Closing• Follow the full sales cycle from initial opportunity qualification through to deal closing and contract signature.• Coordinate with the Presales team to prepare technical and commercial proposals and pricing that meet customer requirements, covering hardware, software, and licensing components.• Present the company's solutions to customers and negotiate prices and commercial terms within approved authority levels.• Follow up on submitted proposals, respond to customer inquiries, and drive opportunities through to award. Planning & Reporting• Work toward achieving approved monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.• Keep sales opportunities and pipeline continuously updated in the CRM system.• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, opportunity status, and sales forecasts.• Follow up on customer collections in coordination with the Finance department.• Monitor competitor activity and market pricing and raise recommendations to management. Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B technology solution sales within the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) sector.• Prior experience selling network infrastructure (active & passive), physical security, BMS, data center, software and licensing, or cybersecurity solutions is an advantage.• Experience with government tenders and the Etimad platform is an advantage. Skills & Competencies• Good understanding of the company's technical solutions (active & passive networking, video surveillance, access control, BMS, data centers, software platforms such as video management systems (VMS), network management systems, and DCIM, enterprise software and licensing, and cybersecurity solutions) and the ability to articulate their value to customers.• Familiarity with software sales and pricing models (perpetual licenses, Saa S subscriptions, and annual support and renewal contracts) and the ability to position software value within an integrated solution.• Excellent selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.• Professional communication and presentation skills with senior decision-makers.• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.• Ability to communicate and prepare business correspondence professionally in both Arabic and English.• Self-driven, able to deliver results on fast-paced schedules.• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits within the Kingdom.
