Madar Metal Factory Co. announces its need for a Safety and Occupational Health Supervisor to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This role is an opportunity for candidates with recent experience, requiring experience ranging from 0 to 1 year, and is for full-time work.

Role Purpose

The Safety and Occupational Health Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the application of safety and occupational health standards within the facility. This includes monitoring compliance with regulations and laws, measuring environmental factors, investigating accidents and injuries, as well as developing and documenting safety procedures and providing periodic reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and emergency inspections at work sites to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards.
• Record inspection results in dedicated logs and compare them with approved standards.
• Prepare and use environmental measurement equipment such as temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration.
• Document environmental measurement results and follow up on any arising hazards in collaboration with the relevant authorities.
• Prepare accident and injury investigation materials, conduct the necessary investigations, and document the results.
• Prepare and develop safety and occupational health instructions and procedures, including Safe Work Instructions and evacuation.
• Educate employees on the approved instructions and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and present periodic and special work reports, documenting and storing them in an organized manner.

This role requires practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of health and safety.

Work Environment

The job requires presence in Jeddah, in the Makkah Province, and works on a full-time basis within the Madinat Maaden Al-Bahr Company team.
