Job Purpose To support the implementation and enhancement of portfolio performance policies and tools, and to collect, analyze, and monitor project performance metrics across the organization.<br>Principal Accountabilities Gather project performance data (cost, schedule, quality, safety, resources, etc.) from various systems and reports. Analyze trends, variances, and performance indicators across the project portfolio. We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative, and energetic Robotics Sales Representative with a background in AI, IoT, Robotics technology to shape the vision and strategy of Swarm Robotics. The goal is to drive sustainable business growth through boosting sales activities, managing the current accounts, and having strong relationships with clients. <br>Duties & Responsibilities (D&R) Technical D&RsHelp customers select and integrate robotic automation solutions and robot cells involving: Articulating Arm Robots; Custom End Effectors; Welding Cells; Collaborating Picking, Sorting and Loading Robots; Gripper & Rotary Systems; Associated Shuttles, Sorters, Conveyors, Tables; Stackers; Machine Interfaces, Scanners, Controllers, Sensors, and Machine Vision Systems. Audit customer sites to identify potential robotic applications to improve client competitive advantage and work environments. Gather technical information for applications team to develop concepts and proposals; present to prospects and customers.<br>Sales and marketing D&RsFacilitate communications between customers and project engineers during project process. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout proposal and project process. Exciting opportunities with plenty of growth potential and long-term expansion as new customers come to the market every day. Serve as company ambassador to customers and build new business opportunities. Identify new business opportunities, able to do market prospecting and turn prospects to leads by identifying opportunities. As a solution finder, suggest potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer issues. Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions. Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements. <br>Administrative D&RsMonitor status and manage project to ensure on-time completion. Ability to work in a team environment in a resourceful and collaborative manner. Responsible for working with the Sales team & technical team to onboard and integrate new clients with developing existing client relationships. Effectively collaborate with product management, Marketing, and Engineering teams to drive projects to completion and add value to the business. Interface with engineering and product development during design, prototype, and early production phases. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and product updates. <br>Qualifications & Skills Required: Saudi citizen Preffered Fresh graduate from the university Relevant 5+ years experience in industrial machinery and equipment and automation; Service Robots Solutions & business is an added advantage. Solid interpersonal skill in verbal and written, ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders efficiently. Must have a driving license and own a car. Will subsidize wear and tare. Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) Willing to travel if needed anywhere in Saudi.
