About Noon
Radically Changing the Way People Learn!

Noon Academyis the leading edtech platform in the Middle East, with over 12 million students and teachers using our app to learn, teach, and collaborate. We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group-based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can do this if we blend AI, peer-to-peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space.

Hear it directly from our CEO and co-founder: this
Learn more about us: here

Now: We’re laser-focused on reinventing schools in Saudi Arabia. The Learning Team owns that engine: term plans, session design, question banks, and assessments across Qudrat, Tahsili, Nafes, the National Curriculum, and our International track. We're hiring a Learning Design Manager to run the Sciences (Biology / Chemistry) side of it.

This is a management and delivery role, not an academic one. You will not be writing lessons — your four Design Leads do that, and they're the subject-matter experts. Your job is to make sure the right content gets built, to the right standard, on time, every single term, by a team that gets better each cycle. If you've spent your career as an individual contributor designing curriculum, this isn't your role. If you've spent it getting a team of specialists to ship reliably under pressure, keep reading.

What you'll own

The team.
