The DM will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The DM will manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.<br>Key Responsibilities:Development Management Lead and manage multiple real estate development projects throughout the full development lifecycle. Develop and implement Development Execution Plans aligned with project objectives and client requirements. Coordinate project feasibility studies, highest and best use assessments, market studies, and development strategies. Prepare project development programmes and monitor progress against key milestones. Establish project objectives, deliverables, budgets, programmes, and governance structures.
