The company is involved in major developments that combine technical excellence, commercial performance, and high-quality project delivery standards. Role Overview The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of project-related contracts, from pre-contract activities through project close-out. This role will play a critical part in protecting the company’s contractual and commercial interests by managing tendering processes, contract administration, variations, claims, compliance, and stakeholder coordination across multiple large-scale developments.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Pre-Contract Management<br>Lead the preparation, review, and issuance of tender documentation, contracts, and Letters of Award (LOA). Support tender evaluation, commercial assessment, contractual qualifications, and risk analysis prior to contract award. Coordinate with technical, commercial, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between project scope and execution strategy. Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management within real estate development, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects. Mandatory experience across both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract phases. Strong hands-on experience in:Contract drafting & tender documentation Contract administration Variations & change management Claims management (EOT, cost, disruption) Commercial risk management Strong knowledge of standard contract forms such as FIDIC or equivalent.
