Career Overseas Consultants Ltd. is looking for Recreation Officer (FMCO) - Saudi Arabia Job Description / Responsibility Plan, organize, and supervise indoor and outdoor recreational activities. Arrange sports tournaments, fitness programs, games, and social events. Ensure all recreational facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use. Guide and assist participants during activities. Encourage participation in recreational and wellness programs. Monitor daily activities while maintaining discipline and safety. Inspect sports and recreation equipment regularly and report maintenance requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports. Coordinate with other departments for special events and community programs. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures. Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Educational Requirements Diploma Bachelor/Honors Experience Requirements5 to 7 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Training Institutes,Consulting Firms,Hospital,Hotel,Travel Agent,Manpower Recruitment,Developer,Sports Complex Additional Requirements Degree or training in Recreation, Physical Education, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field will be an added advantage. Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Recreation Officer or in a similar position. Experience in residential compounds, hotels, resorts, sports clubs, labor accommodations, or Facilities Management companies will be preferred. GCC experience is preferred. Good communication skills in English. Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality. Strong organizational and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
