<p>he Senior Instrumentation and Control Engineer shall be responsible for preparation of specifications, design review coordination, design works management with the Contractor, Consultant, internal coordination with other disciplines, etc.
Experience and Skill set
The candidate shall be a bachelor engineering degree holder approved by Saudi Council of Engineers) in the Instrumentation and Control discipline having minimum of 10 years of related experience in large Thermal Power Projects.
The candidate should have experience in design and Engineering and review of EPC submitted Engineering review of the Instrumentation and Control discipline related documents, including Master Documents List (MDL), design criteria, P&IDs, GA/Layout, Review design calculations, studies, review and verify calculations, review CFD modeling, review Manuals, Attend FAT (if required) and review FAT procedures and reports, Construction, commissioning reliability, and performance test procedures and reports, Method statements for construction/installation, Vendor materials Procurement review, review of proposed vendors / suppliers design/drawings, design and field changes (as required), as built drawings, Review of studies, Hazop/Hazid/SIL, Risk assessment and mitigation, review of proposed vendors / suppliers design documents. IFC/AFC/AFI drawings, red markup and as built drawings, evaluation of claims and change orders and close out report of LSTK Steam Power Plant Gas Conversion Project including responsible for all the design review scope and activities of base and detailed Engineering submittals/ drawings/ documents as stipulated above in based and detailed engineering review.
The candidate shall have thorough knowledge of relevant International Standards, and should be proficient in the relevant design software. He shall be well versed in MS Office and familiar with MIS. He should have good English communication skill and leadership qualities.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor Instrumentation and Control Engineering degree holder approved by Saudi Council of Engineers and have a minimum of Ten (10) years of relevant experience in large Thermal Power Projects.
