Ensure Environmental Aspect-Impact and Hazard Risk Assessment are carried out, controlled and updated. Implement, monitor and report IMS objectives, Targets and programs. Provide necessary resources for effective implementation and sustenance of IMS. Report IMS performance to the management periodically. Ensure Legal compliance with respect to their scope of activities. Ensure identification of root cause for the identified non conformances/ deviations and to implement corrective actions/Preventive actions. Identify the competency gap for their subordinate personnel and implement necessary actions. Carry out annual performance evaluation of reporting employees. Prepare financial schedules, supporting documents, reconciliations, and information required by auditors. Act as the primary finance contact for external auditors. Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions. Support internal audits and financial reviews when required. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant Saudi regulations. Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and supporting documentation.<br>8. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management Monitor daily and projected cash flow requirements. Manage working capital and optimize the company's cash conversion cycle. Monitor customer collections and overdue receivables. Establish appropriate follow-up procedures for outstanding customer balances. Monitor supplier payments and payment schedules. Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts. Provide management with early warnings regarding potential liquidity issues.<br>9. Management Support & Business Analysis Provide management with accurate financial information to support strategic and operational decisions. Evaluate the financial impact of new projects, investments, customers, products, and markets. Prepare financial models and feasibility analysis when required. Support management in evaluating pricing, margins, production costs, export costs, and market profitability. Provide recommendations for improving profitability and financial performance. Work closely with the General Manager, Operations, Sales, Procurement, HR, and other departments.<br>Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. LTD (HAACO), which holds a 20% share.<br>REPORTS TO: Plant General Manager<br>JOB PURPOSE:Maintenance Manager being Head of maintenance organization structure is responsible for the efficient and reliable maintenance of the plant ensuring all safety regulation, maintenance procedures and company polices are followed.<br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Strategy & Plans:Develop the Maintenance-departmental strategy in line with the Plant’s strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies across. Regularly report to the Plant General Manager on the operational activities of department, challenges and issues faced, mitigations taken, etc. as required, to keep them informed and updated on the division’s activities. Budget Management:Contribute to the preparation of the Maintenance department’s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.
