You will define the product and operating model, select and onboard MTO rails and banking partners, and put in place the compliance and risk framework needed to launch and scale remittances. <p><strong>Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports</strong></p>

<li>Define and enforce logistics systems policies, standards, and governance frameworks.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, process flows, and operating procedures.</li>
<li>Provide executive-level MIS reporting on logistics systems performance, risks, and roadmap progress.</li>
<li>Define, track, and report Logistics Systems KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership on risks, achievements, and improvement areas.</li>

<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul >
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in logistics systems, supply chain management, technology, or digital transformation roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing Internal and external teams and coordinating across different supply chain functions (e.g., IT, System, warehousing, transportation, sourcing, purchasing).</li>
<li>Proven leadership experience in implementing large-scale logistics systems (WMS, TMS, FMS, AMS).</li>
<li>Strong experience with SAP integration within logistics environments.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience leading RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.</li>
<li>Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-site logistics systems implementations.</li>
<li>APICS CPIM, CSCP, or other relevant certifications are desirable.</li>
<li>Six Sigma or Lean certifications preferred.</li>
