General Description of Role and Responsibilities:<br>• The major responsibility is to ensure that the projects are managed safely, effectively, efficiently and completed on time and within budget in accordance with the objectives of Client.• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.• Ensure that all the contractors and supervision consultants, for different projects, are following the correct processes and procedures as set in the PMM processes and procedures and as well establish and maintain risk registers for all the projects.• Assessing the capability of Client’s existing project management and construction management staff and recommend appropriate roles and responsibilities• Development and rectification of department operating structure [Org.
