Reports To: Director of Transportation<br>Key Responsibilities Operations & Fleet Management Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, routing, and asset allocation across a regional and nationwide network of 2,000+ power units. Monitor key operational metrics, including Fleet Utilization, Miles Per Truck (MPT), Deadhead Percentage, On-Time In-Full (OTIF) Delivery, and Cost Per Mile (CPM). Leadership & Workforce Management Direct, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team, including Terminal Managers, Dispatchers, Planners, and Support Staff. Partner with Driver Recruitment and Retention teams to maintain full driver capacity, lower turnover rates, and sustain high morale across a large driver pool. Conduct regular performance evaluations, establish clear KPIs for team members, and drive operational accountability. Financial Control & Strategy Manage the transportation department budget, controlling costs related to fuel, driver compensation, equipment leasing, accessorial, and insurance claims. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) to streamline workflows, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and lower overall total cost to serve. Evaluate fleet telematics data and operational analytics to present strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Required Qualifications & Competencies Experience: 8+ years of progressive leadership in transportation, freight, or fleet operations, with direct experience managing large-scale fleets (1,000+ power units preferred). Position Overview Regional Sales Manager – Power & Water will be responsible for developing and growing Neway’s valve business across the Power and Water sectors in Saudi Arabia, with primary responsibility for end-user development, EPC project pursuit, consultant engagement, vendor approvals, and strategic customer relationships. The successful candidate must have a strong existing network within the Saudi Power and Water markets, including relationships with major end users, utilities, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and project stakeholders. This is a senior commercial role requiring a proven ability to identify major projects at an early stage, influence specifications and approved vendor lists, develop project pursuit strategies, coordinate technical and commercial activities, and convert opportunities into orders. Department Manager, Electrical<br>Responsibilities:<br>FUNCTIONALRESPONSIBILITIES<br>Coordinates with Principal Electrical Engineer to ensure correct implementation of the project design and coordinates the work of Lead Engineers. The Hull Construction Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all hull construction activities associated with newbuilding vessel projects. The role leads hull fabrication, block assembly, block erection, and related production activities to ensure vessels are constructed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and classification requirements.<br>The position is responsible for maximizing productivity, optimizing resources, managing manpower, and driving continuous improvement across all hull construction operations.<br>Key Responsibilities Production Management Manage all hull construction activities from steel fabrication through block assembly, block erection, and structural completion. Ensure project schedules and production targets are achieved in line with contractual milestones. Coordinate construction activities with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Outfitting, and Project teams. International experience across both the Gulf region and Europe is essential. Sound training in various departments in international luxury hotels. General Description of Role and Responsibilities:<br>Act as the PMC representative for all QA/QC matters, coordinating between the contractor, client, and supervision team during project execution. Review the Programme-wide quality management plan provided by the client and develop, manage, and update a project-specific Quality Management Strategy and Plan in coordination with the Project Director. Establish project QA/QC procedures that integrate with programme-wide standards and Hill procedures. Monitor and report on project non-conformances and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required. Administer the quality assurance and quality control regime across all project works. Oversee and report on the progress of construction works with respect to quality compliance. Provide QA/QC input to the project’s weekly, monthly, and executive reports. Manage and coordinate with the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) to review inspections, monitor work quality, track deficiency corrections, issue NCRs, and verify acceptance of completed work. Conduct regular QA/QC meetings to review compliance, address gaps, and formulate corrective action items. Ensure the PMC Performance Management Framework (PMF) for quality is effectively implemented, achieving KPIs and milestone targets. Provide oversight of the main contractor’s delivery of quality throughout all phases, including construction, fit-out, and commissioning. Participate in project close-out activities to verify quality documentation and compliance with approved plans. Ensure adherence to Hill International’s Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director or line manager.<br>Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:<br>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. At least 12 years of experience in quality management of civil works. Qualified and experienced Lead Auditor/ISO 9001 Lead Assessor. Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
