Under the theme “Foresight for Tomorrow,” the Expo promotes sustainable development, innovation, and transformative thinking. The event will be held from October 2030 to March 2031 and is expected to welcome over 40 million visits.<br><br>The 6 km² Masterplan outlines a comprehensive framework for participation and infrastructure at the Expo. The exhibition space, totaling 491,100 m² GFA, can accommodate up to 197 participating countries and 29 international organizations. Working collaboratively with our customer, Expo 2030 Riyadh Company (ERC), Bechtel will manage the infrastructure program which comprises early works, utilities, and publicly accessible spaces like streets and parks. Our scope on the six-square-kilometer site will transition into a mixed-use legacy development to serve the community after the six-month event is over. "<br><br>Job Summary<br><br>In this role, you will manage the organization and direction of project construction activities and oversee total site management including supervision of construction craft personnel, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, and finance and accounting. Your leadership will ensure project operations are compliant, safe, timely, within scope and budget, and clients are satisfied.<br><br>Major Responsibilities<br><br>Responsible for overall construction interface management of the project in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met. Responsible for the overall construction interface management to help the delivery of the construction works, projects, quality control, management reporting, risk planning etc. Maintains effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project. Engaging directly with the Customer, Package Manager, other PMC’s and Contractors on all key internal construction interfaces. Responsible for the planning of the construction interface process from inception through to completion. Responsible for preparations of interface plans that are underpinned and aligned with the critical path of the Project. Develop an understanding of the interface risks and how they should be best allocated and managed. Position Overview Regional Sales Manager – Power & Water will be responsible for developing and growing Neway’s valve business across the Power and Water sectors in Saudi Arabia, with primary responsibility for end-user development, EPC project pursuit, consultant engagement, vendor approvals, and strategic customer relationships. The successful candidate must have a strong existing network within the Saudi Power and Water markets, including relationships with major end users, utilities, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and project stakeholders. This is a senior commercial role requiring a proven ability to identify major projects at an early stage, influence specifications and approved vendor lists, develop project pursuit strategies, coordinate technical and commercial activities, and convert opportunities into orders. The candidate should have demonstrated experience managing or developing an annual business portfolio of USD 10 million or more, preferably involving industrial valves or comparable engineering equipment.<br>Key Responsibilities1. Saudi Water Sector – End-User Development Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineering departments, procurement teams, maintenance organizations, project departments, and vendor approval teams within Saudi Arabia's Water sector. Job Title: Transaction Advisory Manager Department: Credit and Lending Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<br>Core Responsibilities:Work closely with RMs to progress lending proposals. This includes:Coordinating DPCs and issuing DPC decisions Working closely with RMs to finalize credit assessments, obtain the business endorsements required by credit policy, and present proposals to WCR in a format and quality standard where they gain credit-approval. Make recommendations to RMs for ways to maximize relationship potentials such as lending share of wallet, utilization levels, ancillary business and lending structure, to maximize CIB revenues, profitability and returns. Being very close to the lending pipeline and help RMs to progress lending opportunities quickly, and follow-up on key deals at each stage through approval and drawdowns, sharing updates with GMs as required. Regular interaction with coverage team and WCR to achieve improvement in CARM quality, reduction in CARM resubmission rates from WCR and improve the overall credit decisioning turnaround time<br>Qualification and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Around 3-5 years of experience in Corporate banking as Relationship Manger/Assistant Relationship Manger or financial services.
The Cluster General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, commercial results, guest experience, and financial delivery of the hotels within the Makkah cluster.<br>The role provides strategic and operational leadership to the Hotel General Managers and their leadership teams, ensuring each property delivers against its business plan while maintaining the required brand, service, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.<br>Given the unique dynamics of the Makkah market, the role requires strong experience in managing highly seasonal operations, Ramadan and Hajj periods, religious tourism, B2B and B2C segments, tour operators, large groups, and rapidly changing demand patterns.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Cluster Leadership & Operations• Provide overall leadership and direction to all hotels within the Makkah cluster.• Lead, coach, and hold Hotel General Managers accountable for operational and financial performance.• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, SOPs, and service standards across all properties.• Identify opportunities to consolidate resources, improve productivity, and create operational efficiencies across the cluster.• Conduct regular hotel reviews and ensure agreed action plans are implemented within established timelines.• Ensure effective preparation and operational readiness for peak periods, particularly Ramadan and Hajj.<br>2. Financial Performance• Take overall accountability for cluster revenue, GOP, NOP, cash flow, andprofitability.• Ensure each hotel delivers against approved budget, forecast, and ownerexpectations.• Review monthly financial performance and challenge significant variances against budget, forecast, and prior year.• Drive cost optimization without compromising guest experience, safety, or asset standards.• Ensure appropriate workforce productivity and manning levels based on business volumes and operational requirements.• Support the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts.<br>3. Commercial & Revenue Performance• Work closely with Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams to maximize revenue and market share.• Monitor occupancy, ADR, Rev PAR, market penetration, segment mix, booking pace, and competitive positioning.• Ensure commercial strategies reflect Makkah's unique demand patterns and religious calendar.• Drive stronger performance across direct, B2B, B2C, OTA, corporate, wholesale, and group segments.• Challenge underperforming hotels and ensure timely commercial recovery plans are implemented.• Support development of strategic relationships with key travel partners, tour operators, government entities, and major accounts.<br>4. Guest Experience & Quality• Establish a strong guest-centric culture across the cluster.• Monitor guest satisfaction, online reputation, complaints, service recovery, and quality audit results.• Ensure Hotel General Managers implement corrective actions for recurring service issues.• Drive consistency in service delivery while recognizing the different positioning and guest profiles of each hotel.• Regularly inspect properties and ensure operational, cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards are maintained.<br>5. People & Leadership• Build a strong leadership culture and develop a high-performing team across the Makkah hotels.• Coach and develop Hotel General Managers and Executive Committee members.• Ensure succession plans are established for critical leadership positions.• Work with Human Resources to improve employee engagement, retention,productivity, and Saudization.• Promote cross-property development and internal mobility where appropriate.• Ensure performance management is consistently applied across the cluster.<br>6. Asset & Property Management• Ensure hotels are maintained to appropriate operational and physical standards.• Review preventive maintenance, capital expenditure requirements, lifecyclereplacements, and refurbishment priorities.• Work with Engineering and corporate functions to ensure critical technical and asset issues are addressed promptly.• Protect the long-term value of the assets while balancing immediate operational and financial priorities.<br>7. Owner & Stakeholder Management• Maintain professional and constructive relationships with hotel owners and key stakeholders.• Support senior management in owner meetings, business reviews, leasediscussions, capital planning, and strategic initiatives.• Ensure accurate, transparent, and timely reporting of hotel performance and material operational matters.• Represent the company professionally with government authorities, business partners, and other external stakeholders.<br>8.
