<p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE </p><br><p>Overall responsible for Piping systems for CRPO Projects. To coordinate and supervise fabrication, installation and testing of Piping systems. Distribute three-week look ahead schedules and communicate schedule requirements with all subcontractors. </p><br><p>• Maintain a high-level control around cost of all construction consumables and equipment utilised during the construction works. </p><br><p>• Possess strong initiative around decision making and ability to conceptualize plans and technical solutions to deal with a wide array of standard and innovative construction issues. </p><br><p>• Liaise with and provide support to the project subcontractors to ensure that all contract obligations are met. </p><br><p>• Should possess strong knowledge and understanding of shipyard HSEQ regulations and rig building job certification requirements and ensure the same is communicated to the project team on a regular basis. </p><br><p>• Identify the work priorities, focus on the critical path, analyze the work problems in writing with own problem- solving mentality, accurate supervision, decision-maker with a strong convincing personality, full</p><br><p> readiness with 'Plan B' for any unexpected issues. </p><br><p>• Fully responsible for delivery of all Inspection Test Records (ITR’s) under the relevant discipline by effectively delegating to the foreman and chargehands. Accounting Operations and Financial Close Oversight Own the integrity of the general ledger and oversee the accurate and complete recording of financial transactions, including journals, accruals, prepayments, provisions and allocations.<br> Adhere to the monthly, quarterly and annual close timetable, establish review and sign-off requirements and ensure reporting deadlines are consistently met.<br> Review balance-sheet reconciliations and account substantiation, maintain an appropriate chart of accounts and drive timely clearance of aged, unusual or unreconciled items.<br> Oversee sales invoicing, customer balance reconciliations, accounts payable, vendor reconciliations and payment preparation, ensuring contractual, tax and approval requirements are met.<br> Ensure accounting records and supporting documentation are complete, retained appropriately and audit-ready; resolve material issues and escalate significant risks promptly.<br> 6. <p>Position requires a skilled MH-60/H-60 Avionics Technician AT with the ability to perform Planned Maintenance Interval Inspections (PMI), Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level maintenance on H-60 helicopters, which also includes troubleshooting, testing, inspections, repairs of aircraft radio s, radar, navigation equipment, and other rapid communication devices.
