Key Responsibilities DNS & DDI Administration Lead the administration and operational support of enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) environments. PURPOSE OF JOB:The key responsibility of this role is to support FAB Capital by:Ensuring compliance with related rules and regulations, Group policies and international best practice;Providing adequate timely advice to the Board of Directors, management and various lines of Business; and Liaising with and reporting key information and metrics to Group Head Office. JOB CONTEXT/DIMENSIONSChief Compliance Officer FAB Capital must be able to build and maintain productive business relationships across the regions and must have the ability to work cross-functionally to effectively deliver added value to the Business. TASKS Advise the Board of Directors, Senior Management and line of Business on all Compliance matters. Advise the Board of Directors, senior management and business on compliance laws, rules and standards on a country, region and international level. Keeping the Board of Directors, senior management and business informed about any recent changes to regulations/laws. Establish a Compliance program for FAB Capital including a reporting and governance framework. Establish a compliance program based on the risk profile of FAB. The program shall define the role and responsibilities of the board of directors, the senior management and all employees with respect to AML / CFT risks. The compliance program should have appropriate coverage across businesses and act in coordination with risk management and FAB Head Office. Providing guidance and educating staff. Assist senior management in educating staff on compliance management and develop a training program. Train employees and enhance their understanding of Due Diligence, KYC principles, money laundering and terrorist financing risks, trends and preventive methods. Establish policies and procedures, compliance manuals, internal codes of conduct and practice guidelines. Identifying, measuring and assessing Compliance risks. Identify, document and assess compliance risks faced by FAB Capital. Measure compliance risks posed by all departments and lines of business of the entity. Assess the appropriateness of FAB’s compliance procedures and guidelines. Follow-up on any identified deficiencies and formulate proposals for remediation. Adequately manage conflicts of interest and Chinese walls. Compliance monitoring, testing and reporting. Perform sufficient and representative compliance testing to monitor, test and submit reports on quality and appropriateness of controls in place to manage risk. Identify and assess the main compliance risks facing the entity and develop corrective plans in case of any shortcomings. Report the outcome of the compliance testing to stakeholders as per the FAB’s policy and local regulations. The Head of Compliance should report to local Senior Management and FAB Head Office on a regular basis to discuss FAB’s compliance risk profile and present compliance reports. If required, reporting all AML concerns to the local MRLO for analysis and potential reporting of STR’s to the local Financial Intelligence Unit. The Assistant Driller works under the Driller supervision to direct, support and take part in various activities to fulfil the drilling/work-over program. Their responsibilities include maintaining and preparing rig floor equipment and tools for use, overseeing drilling crew activities, assisting in handling drill pipe or casing, monitoring & reporting changes in drilling mud characteristics and ensuring proper housekeeping, in a timely manner considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: General Duties: Support the Driller in all aspects of the drilling operation and rig floor activities, supervise and train junior crew members (Derrick Men Floor Men Roustabouts). Assists in the operation and preparation of drilling equipment and machinery. Helps with the rig preparation, equipment assembly and perform routine inspections, Cleans and lubricates equipment, identifies equipment that may require repair or replacement and reports for necessary actions to be taken. Rig Operations: Arranges the proper drill string & cross-over subs sizes & equipment for continuous drilling / work-over operations. Arranges bottom hole assemblies and coordinates with Derrick-man drill string and drill collar changes during the "pulling out" and the "running in" of a drill string. Directs drifting and measuring of pipes to ensure similarity and correct dimensions and informs the Driller of any variances & maintain records for drilling & servicing operations. Assists in preparing all tools and equipment required for well operations Including. Drifting tubulars and maintaining accurate records of all tubular runs in the hole including pipe tally records. Recording BHA/completion components and trip sheets. Assists and relieves the Driller as necessary in supervising all drilling / workover operations conducted on the unit, ensuring that such work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with ADES approved operating procedures. Assists in Nipping up/down BOP as required. Assists with drill pipe and casing operation & monitors any change in drilling parameters to facilitate the drilling/workover process. Ensures safe handling of pipe, tongs, slips, breaking and correct make-up of connections. Slip and cut and restringing of the drilling line. Takes necessary actions to correct hazardous conditions & practices. Mud Circulating System: Monitors and maintains the drilling fluid circulation system, fluid lines, shale shakers and trip tanks & ensures proper handling of the drilling fluid products. Advises the Driller of any significant changes in drilling mud characteristics or mud levels and loss of circulation immediately. Observes the mud flow and check materials needed for "pre-kick" conditions and informs the Driller of potential problems that could occur during the operation. Advises the usage of mud chemicals, drilling fluids, and cement slurries for Driller's calculation and input for the morning drilling report so that appropriate corrective actions can be taken whenever necessary. Well Control: Operates and maintains well control equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order and ready for immediate use. Monitor for any down hole irregularities such as kicks, pressure fluctuations, and abnormal torque. Take immediate action to secure the well in the event of a well control incident and promptly inform the Toolpusher and client representative. Receives comprehensive training in well control procedures and techniques to enhance knowledge and ability. Communicates effectively with the drilling crew and well control team, exchanging information and coordinating actions during well control operations. Ensures strict compliance with safety standards and protocols to prioritize the safety of personnel and the integrity of the well during well control operations. Materials & Equipment: Follows up all assembly of equipment instrumentation tools or records set up in good conditions to create correct working practices & inspect machinery & tools for any defects & make necessary repairs or replacements. Assists with maintenance, repair, or replacement tasks following the company's planned PMS. Receives and follows up Driller's instructions for the repair and maintenance of various drilling equipment such as mud mixer, shale shaker, distiller, and de-sander etc. Assists Derrick Man in maintaining mud system equipment. Arranges to adjust shale shaker screens and supervises the handling, maintenance, and storage of all drill string components. Directs the greasing, cleaning, painting and routine maintenance of all drilling equipment to ensure its reliability. Directs and participates in replacing the draw work brake bands, adjusting clutches. Supervision of the washing and painting of rig floor, substructures, stairways, and machinery to remove grease or oil spills to ensure a proper clean working space. Report to the supervisor the machinery and equipment requiring repair or replacement to avoid any equipment malfunction. Working at Heights: Adheres to and supervises the safety protocols so all consistently wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) when working at elevated heights. Conducts thorough risk assessments and hazard evaluations prior to engaging in tasks performed at elevated locations. Regularly inspects and verifies the proper functioning of equipment related to working at heights. Possesses knowledge about fall protection systems and demonstrates proficiency in their proper usage. Effectively communicates any identified hazards or safety concerns to the team, promoting an initiative-taking safety culture. Actively contributes to the ongoing improvement of safety measures, providing suggestions and feedback to enhance overall safety standards. Rig Move & Related Activities: Oversee the drilling crew in the preparation of the rig move checklist and the setup of the drill floor, tanks, cantilever, and main deck. This involves securely lashing movable equipment, disconnecting and securing lines, and repositioning equipment to prevent hazards or damage to the rig while maintaining stability during the move. Actively participate in rig move operations, ensuring the removal of all pipes and obstructions before the skidding of the derrick and cantilever deck takes place. Desired Candidate ProfileEducation & Experience: Minimum education level required: High School or Vocational / Technical education. At least six (6) years of working experience in drilling and workover operations with reputable drilling contractors with a career history showing time served as a Roustabout, Floorman and Derrickman. Preferred to have working experience on offshore rigs. Skills/Competencies Required: Working knowledge of the English language. الطين: يراقب ويحافظ على نظام دوران سائل الحفر وخطوط السوائل وخلاطات الشقوق وخزانات الرحلات ويضمن التعامل الصحيح مع منتجات سائل الحفر. ينصح المثاقب بأي تغييرات مهمة في خصائص طين الحفر أو مستويات الطين وفقدان الدوران فوراً. يلاحظ تدفق الطين ويفحص المواد اللازمة لظروف "قبل البدء" ويبلغ المثاقب بمشاكل محتملة قد تحدث أثناء العملية. يوصي باستخدام كيمياويات الطين، وسائل الحفر، ورمال الأسمنت لحساب وتشغيل المثاقب حتى يمكن اتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية مناسبة عند الضرورة. تحكم البئر: يعمل ويحافظ على معدات التحكم بالبئر، مع التأكد من أنها في حالة تشغيل سليمة وجاهزة للاستخدام الفوري. يراقب أي اختلالات في الأسفل مثل الدفعات، تقلبات الضغط والتورك غير الطبيعي. يتخذ إجراءً فوريًا لتأمين البئر في حال حدوث حادث تحكم بالبئر ويبلغ فوراً مسؤول الأدوات وممثل العميل. يتلقى تدريباً شاملاً في إجراءات وتقنيات تحكم البئر لتعزيز المعرفة والقدرة. يتواصل بفعالية مع طاقم الحفر وفريق تحكم البئر، متبادلاً المعلومات ومنسقاً الإجراءات أثناء عمليات التحكم بالبئر. يضمن الامتثال الصارم لمعايير السلامة والبروتوكولات لإعطاء الأولوية لسلامة العاملين وسلامة البئر أثناء عمليات التحكم بالبئر. المواد والمعدات: يتابع جميع تجميعات معدات أدوات القياس أو السجلات المعدة في ظروف جيدة لخلق ممارسات عمل صحيحة ويتفقد الآلات والأدوات وتنظيف وطلاء وصيانة دورية لجميع معدات الحفر لضمان موثوقيتها. يوجه ويشارك في استبدال أربطة فرملة العمل للسحب، وضبط القوابض. إشراف على غسيل وطلاء سطح الحفارة والهياكل الفرعية والسلالم والآلات لإزالة أي انسكابات دهون أو زيت لضمان مساحة عمل نظيفة. يبلغ المشرف عن المعدات التي تتطلب الإصلاح أو الاستبدال لتجنب حدوث عطل في المعدات. العمل على المرتفعات: يلتزم ويراقب بروتوكولات السلامة بحيث يرتدي الجميع معدات الوقاية الشخصية اللازمة باستمرار عند العمل في ارتفاعات. يجري تقييمات مخاطر وتقييمات hazards بشكل دقيق قبل أداء المهام في مواقع مرتفعة. يفحص بشكل دوري ويتحقق من وظيفة المعدات المتعلقة بالعمل على المرتفعات. يمتلك معرفة بأنظمة حماية السقوط ويظهر الكفاءة في استخدامها بشكل صحيح. يتواصل بفعالية مع الفريق للإبلاغ عن المخاطر أو مخاوف السلامة ويعزز ثقافة السلامة المبادرة. يساهم بنشاط في تحسين إجراءات What You Will Do: As a Production Test Engineer (PTE) II you’re part of a manufacturing team that supports the test process through one or more phases of the product life cycle, including product development, transition to production, sustained production and depot activities. As a PTE II you’ll validate and ensure compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipment. You’ll also troubleshoot and problem solve around test failures, and you’ll identify opportunities to improve efficiency, yields, and capacity in test processes. The candidate’s day-to-day activities include but are not limited to: RedHat Linux server management; storage management; file server management; access management; data backup; software and license configuration; and workstation support. Each day in the life of a Systems Administrator can bring something new – building a new IT infrastructure for a group of engineers, strategizing disaster recovery, updating virus definitions and security patches, teaming with our brilliant engineers on how to improve their processes, and more. Responsibilities to Anticipate: <ul><li>Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Redhat Enterprise Linux, and Microsoft Windows. </li><li>Experience with Linux fundamentals and Windows Server internals to include Ansible, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, AD, and server replication methods. </li><li>Working as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment. Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of a moderate to high scope and complexity to include the integration of hardware and operating systems (OS).</li><li>Experience with data RAID, data backup uses and technologies.
