and coordinating effectively with Clients, Contractors, Consultants, and other stakeholders.<br>· Strong knowledge of project schedules, progress monitoring, construction documentation, inspections, and quality management.<br>· Ability to identify project risks, resolve technical/site issues, and drive timely corrective actions.<br>· Saudi Arabia and/or GCC project experience is highly preferred.<br>· Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.<br>· Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.<br>· Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam, depending on project requirements.<br><br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>· Professional engineering registration/certification is an advantage.<br>· PMP, MRICS, or other relevant professional certifications are an advantage.<br>· Experience with major infrastructure, industrial, logistics, warehouse, or large-scale development projects is preferred.<br>· Previous experience in client-side consultancy or PMC roles is highly desirable.<br>· Familiarity with relevant Saudi/GCC construction regulations, standards, and authority requirements is an advantage.
