General Civil Works & Building Maintenance • Carry out minor carpentry repairs — doors, locks, furniture, partitions, and fixtures. • Support minor building maintenance tasks including ceiling tiles, wall fixtures, signage, and general fabric repairs. • Identify damaged painting work & carry out minor patch-up works wherever required • Ensure work areas are left clean, safe, and tidy after every task — maintain a professional standard of finish on all repairs. 5. Work Order & PPM Management • Receive and execute reactive maintenance work orders within the assigned response time — confirm completion with the requester and close out the work order accurately. • Follow the planned PPM schedule for assigned equipment and areas without missing scheduled visits. • Complete all maintenance logs, checklists, and work order close-out forms clearly and on time. • Report parts or material requirements to the Supervisor in advance to avoid delays in completing scheduled work. 6. Tools & Material Handling • Use and maintain all hand tools, power tools, and PPE issued in good working condition — report any damaged or missing tools promptly. • Never use tools or equipment outside of trained competency without supervisor approval. • Use spare parts and consumables responsibly — report low stock of frequently used items to the Supervisor. 7.
