About the Role<br>The Technology Support Lead ensures that the university’s classroom technologies, collaboration platforms, and end-user computing environments reliably support teaching, learning, research, and administrative operations. By overseeing daily operations and guiding a team of AV and EUC specialists, the role ensures that technology services are consistent, standardized, and aligned with institutional priorities. Through strong stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, the position enhances user experience and drives service excellence across the University.<br>Responsibilities<br>Lead and supervise a team of AV engineers, EUC specialists, and technicians, providing day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and technical support. Ensure service continuity and reliability by managing daily AV and EUC operations in line with policies and procedures defined by the manager. Develop and implement short- and long-term operational schedules for equipment lifecycle, upgrades, and replacements in classrooms, conference rooms, and computing environments. Support the management of OPEX and CAPEX budgets by providing forecasts, tracking expenses, and recommending cost-effective solutions. Administer and monitor centralized management platforms such as Crestron XIO Cloud, Extron Global Viewer, and EUC tools (e.g., Intune, JAMF…). DESCRIPTION:Position Summary <br>The QA Tester will be responsible for functional, integration, regression, upgrade, and end-to-end testing of LM/LC Upgrade and Retail functionality. Perform defect retesting and targeted regression testing. Support data validation and reconciliation activities associated with upgrade testing. Provide business support to business users and stakeholders for LM/LC and Retail-related functional queries and issues. Provide post-live/production support following system upgrades and releases, including production issue analysis, functional validation, impact assessment, and coordination with technical teams. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the complete lifecycle of lending products, including origination, assessment, approval, disbursement, servicing, repayment, restructuring, settlement, and closure. Understand the relationship between lending products, customer information, accounts, collateral/security, limits, pricing, interest, fees, repayment schedules, and related banking processes. Maintain awareness of applicable banking regulations, compliance requirements, internal policies, and regulatory controls affecting lending and Retail banking processes. Ensure regulatory and compliance-related requirements are considered in test scenarios and validation activities. Analyze production issues and determine potential functional, configuration, data, integration, or business-rule impacts. Support root-cause analysis and identify potential regression and upgrade impacts. Identify upgrade-specific risks, functional gaps, business impacts, and regression areas. Log, track, and manage defects through the agreed defect lifecycle. Participate in defect triage and provide functional/business analysis to support resolution. Maintain test cases, execution results, evidence, defect records, and traceability. Support business and UAT teams during upgrade, Retail, and post-live validation activities. Provide daily testing progress, defect status, business-support updates, and post-live issue status. Support release readiness and post-production validation activities.
