تعلن شركة مجموعة البركات المحدودة عن توفر فرصة وظيفيةأخصائي العمليات التشغيلية (General Services & Facilities Specialist)???? مكان العمل: الرياض نسعى لاستقطاب كفاءات متميزة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في إدارة تطوير الأعمال لشغل منصب أخصائي العمليات التشغيلية ، للإشراف على عمليات التشغيل والصيانة والخدمات العامة، والمساهمة في رفع كفاءة الأداء التشغيلي ودعم خطط التوسع والتطوير بالشركة.<br>المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:الإشراف على تحسين المظهر العام للمعارض وضمان تطبيق أعلى معايير النظافة والجودة من خلال خطط متابعة دورية.الإشراف على تجهيز وافتتاح المعارض الجديدة، بما يشمل أعمال الديكور والكهرباء والتكييف وتركيب اللوحات الإعلانية وفق الجداول الزمنية المحددة.إدارة ومتابعة أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والطارئة لجميع الفروع والمرافق التابعة للشركة.الإشراف على عقود الخدمات الخارجية، بما في ذلك شركات النظافة والصيانة والتشغيل، ومتابعة أداء العاملين وتوزيع المهام وتقييمها.تطوير وتحسين آليات الدعم والخدمات الخاصة بتوريد وتنفيذ أوامر العمل للفروع داخل المملكة وخارجها.الإشراف على تشغيل وإدارة أسطول المركبات، وتنظيم خطوط السير، ومتابعة أعمال الصيانة الدورية والفحص والتجديد.إدارة السكنات والمجمعات السكنية والعقارات التابعة للشركة، ووضع آليات واضحة للاستلام والتسليم والصيانة والمتابعة.التنسيق مع إدارة الموارد البشرية لتوفير وتوزيع الزي الموحد لموظفي الفروع وفق السياسات المعتمدة.الإشراف على تطوير أقسام الصيانة والديكور لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال بأعلى مستويات الجودة.متابعة وتنفيذ المشتريات الداخلية المتعلقة باحتياجات التشغيل.الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع التشغيلية والتطويرية وفق الخطط المعتمدة للشركة.المؤهلات والمتطلبات:درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال إدارة العمليات والتشغيل أو إدارة المرافق والخدمات العامة.خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق العمل وتحقيق الكفاءة التشغيلية.مهارات عالية في التفاوض وإدارة العلاقات مع الموردين والمقاولين.مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق وإدارة الأولويات.القدرة على إدارة عدة مواقع ومشاريع تشغيلية في الوقت ذاته.
