The Service Advisor will be responsible for welcoming clients, understanding their vehicle concerns, and accurately documenting service requests. Daily tasks include preparing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, explaining recommended work and associated costs, and keeping clients updated on repair status and timelines. The role also involves reviewing completed work with clients, managing aftersales follow-up, and ensuring a seamless, premium service experience aligned with the standards of luxury and exotic brands. The Service Advisor will work closely with the workshop team to balance customer expectations, technical requirements, and efficient scheduling.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong customer-oriented skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service, with a commitment to delivering a premium client experience. Proven Customer Service abilities, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain technical information, service options, and costs. Experience in Aftersales functions, such as follow-up calls, service reminders, and coordination of ongoing maintenance plans. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within automotive service, preferably with luxury or premium brands. Basic technical understanding of vehicle systems to interpret diagnostics and translate technician findings for clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple vehicles and client requests simultaneously. Proficiency in using service management or dealership management software and standard office applications. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial. Relevant vocational training or certification in automotive, business, or a related field is preferred.
