<p >Amazon is seeking a <strong >Delivery Partner Manager Quick Commerce Last Mile Logistics</strong> to join its team in <strong >Riyadh, Saudi Arabia</strong>. This <strong >full-time</strong> role focuses on advising and guiding Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) as they build and grow successful middle-mile businesses. The position supports innovation within the transportation industry and contributes to Amazon’s sustainability goals.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>
<p >As a Delivery Partner Manager, you will manage relationships with 25-30 DSP owners across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This involves acting as a trusted advisor to help solve programmatic challenges, influence business planning, identify obstacles, and recommend solutions to ensure effective business decisions and success for DSP owners.</p>
<ul >
<li >Work closely with a portfolio of owners at various stages to set strategy, drive accountability and engagement, and track key performance metrics.</li>
<li >Collaborate with internal Program Managers, Compliance, and Finance personnel to ensure business launches and scaling adhere to program requirements.</li>
<li >Support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level.</li>
<li >Analyze problems, discover insights, deliver recommendations, and drive change both internally and externally.</li>
<li >Facilitate and execute Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and establish two-way feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs, and WW/EU Product and Strategy.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Operational Focus Areas</h3>
<p >The role involves daily engagement across several critical operational domains:</p>
<ul >
<li ><strong >Safety:</strong> Partner with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance.</li>
<li ><strong >Performance:</strong> Guide owners through business scaling and operational issues, ensuring resources for ramp-up and peak preparedness. This includes supporting onboarding, coaching for compliant, safe, and high-performing operations via SLS metric deep dives, and optimizing AMZL tool utilization.</li>
<li ><strong >Customer Experience:</strong> Deep dive into customer metrics to identify improvement opportunities, champion consistent application of Last Mile processes, and challenge UTR processes that negatively impact OTR.</li>
<li ><strong >DSP Experience:</strong> Identify workflow inefficiencies, implement operational improvements at the network level, strengthen Amazon-DSP relationships, ensure clear communication, and represent DSP interests within the AMZL business. Drive improvements in driver standards to protect Amazon's brand image.</li>
<li ><strong >Capacity Management:</strong> Work with DSPs to deliver effective ramp plans and pipeline goals, ensuring driver supply meets peak volume demands.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Internal Collaboration</h3>
<p >Frequent collaboration is required with a wide array of integrated internal stakeholders. These include Partner Relations (PAR), Value Added Service (VAS), Legal, fleet management, and network health teams.</p> <h3 >Work Environment and Travel</h3>
<p >This role requires flexible work arrangements and regular travel between multiple sites. Engagement with business owners weekly is essential to effectively carry out responsibilities.</p> <h3 >Experience Required</h3>
<p >Candidates for this position should possess <strong >5-10 years</strong> of relevant professional experience.</p>
