Creating a cohesive design and engineering team including local, national & international resources.</li><li>Promote a culture of proactive anticipation to the technical problems, and practical thinking for problem-solving of technical issues.</li><li>Active management of the Engineering Budget and Programme to ensure on time and on budget delivery.</li></ul>About you<ul><li>Minimum 18 years of experience, preferably in design and engineering management or project delivery.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related degree qualification. <p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p><br>
<p>In this role you will perform documented inspections in the verification of conformance of parts to applicable drawings, procedures, specifications, and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The E&I QC Engineer is responsible for the content of the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project quality plan according to customer’s and Flowserve’s specifications and international standards. Besides, the Quality Engineer is responsible for defining, advising, and controlling all project required QC documents. The right candidate should have direct experience in Pump's OEM and/or skid mounted equipment manufacturing industry. The E&I QC Engineer reports directly to the Quality Supervisor.</p><br>
<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p><br>

<li><p>Preparing and defining test and inspection requirements for the required projects such as ITP and procurement specifications.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Attend inspection / expediting activities according to notification</p><br></li>
<li><p>Preside Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM)</p><br></li>
<li><p>Implement quality activities on manufactured equipment/materials as per approved ITP / Procedures</p><br></li>
<li><p>Review and endorsement of vendor / manufacturer test reports/records (IRB, MDRB)</p><br></li>
<li><p>Preparation of Inspection Reports / Expediting Reports</p><br></li>
<li><p>Conducts shop and desk expediting</p><br></li>
<li><p>Review and verify punch list / non conformances</p><br></li>
<li><p>Issue Inspection Release Certificates whenever it is necessary</p><br></li>
<li><p>Prepares Inspection Disposition Reports (IDR)</p><br></li>
<li><p>Coordination with project coordinator, client, vendor and quality personnel for proper execution of assignment</p><br></li>

<p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><br>

<li><p>Bachelor's in Engineering with 3-5 years relevant experience in Pump OEM and/or skid mounted equipment manufacturing environment.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Must be conversant with Saudi Aramco Standards requirements i.e. 34-SAMSS-831/711, 611, SA-8020-831, 17-SAMSS-502, 503, 515 and IR-340200 & IR-173700</p><br></li>
<li><p>Holding QM01, QM02, QM21 & QM36 qualifications is advantage</p><br></li>
<li><p>Must have knowledge with NEMA, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, IEC, NEC, IEEE etc. standards</p><br></li>
<li><p>Must have knowledge of inspection equipment generally found in pump skids and instrumentation assembly and test operations and associated accessories.</p><br></li>
