<p>WSP is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Construction Supervision team in Riyadh, supporting the delivery of major Roads & Highways infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, contractual requirements, and health and safety regulations.</p><br><p>The role requires a highly capable engineering professional with extensive experience in the supervision of large-scale highway, roadway, interchange, bridge, and infrastructure projects. <br></span><p>The Draftsman develops and plans drawings and sketches using AutoCAD software. The role prepares visual depiction of a product to be manufactured, prepares production drawing, shop drawing, JO, AS built drawings, etc. as per site measurement and coordination.</p><br>

<p>Address design challenges and propose solutions to ensure functionality and manufacturability.</p><br>
<p>Consider cost implications in the selection of materials and components.</p><br>
<p>Effectively communicate design ideas and changes with the design team and other stakeholders.</p><br>
<p>Create architectural drawings for buildings or structures, including floor plans and elevations.</p><br>
<p>Provide detailed drawings for electrical or mechanical components, incorporating technical specifications, as relevant.</p><br>
<p>Create as-built drawings to reflect the final state of a project for documentation purposes.</p><br>
<p>Coordinate with contractors to ensure construction aligns with technical drawings.</p><br>
<p>Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.</p><br>
<p>Present design concepts and technical drawings to project teams or clients as needed.</p><br>
<p>Maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving technical drawings and design documents.</p><br>
<p>Coordinates and oversees all onsite material testing, ensure that all such testing with spec and codes.</p><br>
<p>Ensures weekly report detailing exact progress of all material requirements and areas of concern/delay.</p><br>
<p>Ensures all shop drawings are prepared accurately followed by all as-built drawings.</p><br>
<p>Close out technical submittals to be made available.</p><br>
<p>Closes out material submittals to be made available and ensures that during the course of the Project, all required material submittals required for close out are prepared in advance.</p><br>
<p>Leads and support teams in enhancing the competencies through facilitating effective coaching and mentoring.</p><br>

<br><p>Proficiency in financial analysis techniques to assess project costs, analyze budget variances, and identify trends, supporting informed decision-making and cost optimization strategies.</p><br>
<p>Knowledge of budgeting principles and techniques to develop, monitor, and manage project budgets effectively, ensuring accurate financial planning and allocation of resources.</p><br>
<p> Understanding of accounting principles and practices, including cost accounting methods and financial reporting standards, to maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.</p><br>
<p>Strong data analysis skills to collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources, identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies to inform cost control measures and strategic planning.</p><br>
<p>Effective communication skills to collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members, conveying financial information clearly, presenting analysis findings, and providing recommendations for cost management and optimization.</p><br>

Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures. Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved. Prepare daily consolidated deposits of cash received by all cash handling employees. Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances. Prepare, maintain, and administer all cashier banks and contracts.<br>Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
