The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal plant reliability, operational efficiency, safety compliance, asset performance, and continuous improvement across a highly automated manufacturing environment.</span></p><br><br> <br> <p><span>This role will provide strategic leadership for preventative maintenance, engineering projects, CAPEX planning, budget control, and the development of engineering teams to support world-class infant nutrition production standards. The position requires extensive experience in spray drying technology, packaging systems, and infant formula manufacturing processes while maintaining compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements.</span></p><br><br> <br> <p><strong><span>Requirements:</span></strong></p><br><br> <br> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
