<b>Job Duties</b> <br>Under general supervision, performs all phases of the rigging up and down of service line equipment on work locations both on and offshore. Provides the planning necessary for the job including equipment set up, well site direction, and customer related support activities. Responsible for the activities relative to maintaining, setting up, testing, and operating equipment at the customer location and field camp. Mentors and trains lower level Service Operators and Operator Assistants in areas of expertise. Monitors instruments and performs necessary calculations to ensure quality of the data at well. Consults with customers concerning services and products, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and ensures customer satisfaction with results. Checks and verifies equipment as per job plan, properly maintains equipment and completes all job documentation. Conducts pre- job toolbox safety meetings, reviews and verifies job plan with customer representative and manages any changes required. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations is required. Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Skills are acquired through completion of a high school diploma and 6+ years experience in oil field drilling activities including 4+ years of underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling. As a Senior QA/QC Architecture Engineer , you will be responsible for leading all architectural quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure that all architectural works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, contract requirements, local regulations, and international quality standards while promoting a culture of quality across project teams. Key Accountabilities The position involves: Lead all architectural QA/QC activities across assigned construction projects. Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures. Ensure all architectural works comply with project specifications, approved shop drawings, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards. Review and approve material submittmits, method statements, inspection requests (IRs), and technical documentation. Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and surveillance to ensure compliance with project quality requirements. Monitor architectural finishing works including blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, ceilings, painting, cladding, facades, doors, windows, and all architectural finishes. Identify non-conformance issues (NCRs), lead root cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with Consultants, Contractors, Technical Office, Construction, and Project Management teams to resolve quality issues. Monitor subcontractors' quality performance and ensure compliance with approved quality standards. Prepare quality reports, KPIs, dashboards, and management presentations. Ensure all inspection and testing records are properly maintained and documented. Participate in project handover, snagging, de-snagging, and final acceptance inspections. Lead and mentor QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors while promoting continuous quality improvement initiatives.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering. 10+ years of experience in QA/QC for architectural works within large-scale construction projects. Proven experience leading QA/QC activities for residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Experience preparing and implementing Project Quality Plans (PQP), ITPs, Method Statements, and QA/QC documentation. Strong experience in architectural finishes inspection and quality management. Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams. Strong understanding of project specifications, local building regulations, and international quality standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and QA/QC documentation systems. Excellent communication, leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Responsible for the planning of the construction interface process from inception through to completion. Responsible for preparations of interface plans that are underpinned and aligned with the critical path of the Project. Develop an understanding of the interface risks and how they should be best allocated and managed. Manages and coordinates inputs to ensure continuous construction work front availability through review of look ahead schedules, commodity charts, resource charts, material delivery schedules and any other service requirements including contractor submittals.<br><br>Education And Experience Requirements<br><br>A recognized bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant Engineering discipline (or equivalent) Minimum 20 years of professional experience in a similar role, either in direct construction or construction management role <br><br>Required Knowledge And Skills<br><br>Has proven experience and thorough knowledge in construction of large-scale and complex projects. Thorough knowledge of international standards and specification and codes as applicable, including various Safety procedures and practices associated.
