General Summary<br><br>About the Role / Project scope<br><br>The Programs Manager plays a critical role in the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of Qiddiya Real Estate Learn Lab (QREL)'s Learning Programs aimed at Sales & Leasing professionals. QREL is designed to establish a consistent, scalable, and industry-leading approach to capability development across Residential, Retail, Office, Land, and broker partner channels, supporting Qiddiya's strategic ambition to become a benchmark for real estate learning excellence.<br><br>Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Programs Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital learning programs, including curriculum design, content development, development of learner journeys, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, learning operations, and continuous improvement. The role ensures that all learning programs are aligned with business priorities, industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and evolving market and QIC needs.<br><br>Working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, instructional designers, Digital Systems and Learning Experience teams, and external partners, the Programs Manager leads the creation and delivery of engaging, bilingual, high-quality learning experiences that build knowledge, skills, and commercial excellence across the sales and leasing teams. This includes managing a team of course developers and the development of role-based learning pathways, digital learning content, assessments, learner adoption initiatives, and performance measurement frameworks that link learning outcomes to business objectives.<br><br>The role is also responsible for establishing and maintaining governance, standards, and operational processes that support the successful delivery, scalability and sustainability of QREL, ensuring a seamless learner experience while driving measurable impact on capability development, operational excellence, and Job Description<br>Job Summary Senior Registrar is responsible for providing the care of his/her patients (outpatient &inpatient) maintaining a high-level of professional performance in accordance with:· Professional medical ethics and JCIA standards.· Hospital medical by-laws.· Laws of Ministry of Health in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any other applicable regulations according to the departmental quality plan. Major Duties and Responsibilities· Ensures through his actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the NMC Hospitals and Clinics.· Manage minor Gynecological cases and the major Gynecological cases under supervision of the consultant.· Perform minor procedure like Cryosurgery, insertion of IUD.· Investigate & manage infertility cases with ovulation induction.· Performing major operation under supervision of consultant.· Perform minor operation like D&C, suction curettage.· Conduct daily ward rounds to all in patients in the department. The role will focus on risk-based and operational auditing across a complex and project-driven business environment. The successful candidate will independently assess business risks, evaluate internal controls, identify process and control gaps, analyze operational and financial data, and provide practical recommendations that add measurable value to the business. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Facility Management, Contracting, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, EPC, Projects, or other large and mature organizations with complex operations. Senior Oracle / MS SQL Server DBA – BSS<br>Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator to provide L2 database support across a mission-critical enterprise BSS managed services environment. The role will focus on the availability, performance, integrity and security of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases supporting Ericsson Billing and wider BSS applications. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on Oracle 19c expertise, particularly RAC, Data Guard, ASM, RMAN and performance tuning. Experience supporting Ericsson Billing/BSCS database environments would be highly advantageous.<br>Responsibilities Administer Oracle 19c+ and Microsoft SQL Server 2017/2019 production environments. Monitor database health and proactively identify performance and capacity issues. Troubleshoot L2 incidents including ORA errors, lock contention, space issues, SQL deadlocks and performance degradation. Manage Oracle RAC and Data Guard HA/DR environments. Support SQL Server Always On Availability Groups and Failover Cluster Instances. Perform query optimisation, index management, statistics maintenance and execution plan analysis. Manage Oracle RMAN and SQL Server backup and restore operations. Administer Oracle ASM, tablespaces and database storage capacity. Apply Oracle Critical Patch Updates and SQL Server service packs through established change processes. Manage database users, roles, privileges, encryption and auditing. Support schema changes, data migrations and database performance tuning alongside BSS application teams. Participate in DR testing and database failover/switchover exercises. Maintain database documentation, configuration records and CMDB information. Respond to database incidents escalated from L1/NOC teams.<br>Required Skills8–12 years’ experience in Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server database administration. Expert Oracle 19c knowledge, including RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, ASM, partitioning and performance tuning. Strong SQL Server knowledge, including Always On AG, SQL Agent and T-SQL. Oracle performance diagnostics using AWR, ADDM and ASH. SQL Server performance analysis using Query Store. Strong PL/SQL and T-SQL scripting capability. Hands-on backup, restore, HA and DR experience. Database security knowledge including TDE, auditing and privilege management. ITIL awareness covering incident and change management. Strong written and spoken English.<br>Nice to Have Ericsson Billing / BSCS database experience. Wider Ericsson BSS exposure including EOC, ECM or Ericsson Mediation. Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Share Point SQL Server experience. Vertica and Talend exposure. Commvault backup integration experience. Oracle Certified Professional certification.
