<p>NPI Manager responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, working closely with Project Lifecycle Management, Vehicle Integration, Design Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new products and engineering changes into production. This role ensures that introductions are executed without disrupting production schedules or compromising vehicle quality, while verifying that all required approvals, validations, and readiness criteria are completed prior to implementation.</p><p><b>You Wil</b>l:</p><ul><li>Manage a team of NPI engineers to drive Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from evaluation to execution and deployment at plant shops level. <p>Responsibilities: Conduct preventive, predictive, corrective, and routine maintenance on production machinery, utilities, electrical systems, automation equipment, and facility infrastructure to support business continuity. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, HMI, instrumentation, hydraulic, pneumatic, servo, and electromechanical systems to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted operations. Support the installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of new equipment, electrical systems, and automation solutions while ensuring seamless integration with ongoing operations. Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and industrial control systems to improve process stability, productivity, and operational resilience. Implement condition monitoring, Industrial IoT, smart-maintenance, ERP/MES integration, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to enable proactive, data-driven maintenance decisions. Monitor equipment performance, maintenance KPIs, alarms, downtime trends, and energy consumption to identify risks, improve OEE, and prevent disruptions to production. Support CAPEX projects through technical evaluations, design reviews, FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, and project handover. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, IT, and suppliers to resolve technical issues, standardize documentation, and deliver continuous engineering improvements that sustain reliable operations.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Electrical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Professional certifications in PLC Programming, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Industrial Networks, or Project Management are considered an advantage. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability, availability, OEE, and business continuity.
