<p><b>Role Overview</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale building construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Priority consideration will be given to candidates with prior experience working within Chinese-funded or Chinese-managed construction enterprises, as well as those who have successfully delivered work on the Qiddiyah megaproject or similar Giga-projects in the Kingdom. This role demands a strategic leader who can manage end-to-end project delivery—from pre-construction planning through to handover—while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of one or more large-scale building construction projects with multiple subcontractors and interfaces.</li><li>Schedule & Cost Control: Develop and manage master schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones. Control project costs, change orders, and cash flow.</li><li>Quality & HSE: Enforce strict quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures and promote a zero-incident health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, consultant, design teams, and local authorities.
