JOB PURPOSE: The selected candidate will assist the Country CRO and will Lead FAB KSA’s Cybersecurity, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Data Privacy functions, acting as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the KSA franchise. The candidate is responsible to establish and operate a robust cybersecurity governance program that meets the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) requirements, ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations such as SAMA CSF and BCM Frameworks, PDPL, NCA’s controls, and supports secure, resilient banking operations. The ideal candidate should have strong financial reporting experience, preferably gained from a leading audit firm, combined with solid Financial Management & Valuation (FM&V) knowledge and professional certification such as CMA.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting data Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages Review financial information and accounting treatments to ensure compliance with applicable IFRS/GAAP and company policies Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Finance teams, and external auditors to address reporting requirements and audit queries Support the year-end closing process and ensure timely completion of financial reporting activities Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and key performance indicators and provide meaningful insights to management Assist in developing financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses where required Support the implementation and enhancement of financial reporting processes, controls, and procedures Identify reporting risks and recommend improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting Prepare presentations and financial analysis for senior management and relevant stakeholders Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, financial reporting regulations, and best practices Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field8-12 years of total relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, financial management, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in an audit firm is required Experience in Financial Management & Valuation (FM&V) is highly preferred Strong experience in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting Previous experience working with external auditors and managing audit requirements<br><br>Technical & Professional Skills<br><br>Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles Strong financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities Good understanding of financial management and valuation concepts Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in financial reporting systems/ERPAbility to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear business insights Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong leadership and team collaboration skills<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field8-12 years of total relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, financial management, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in an audit firm is required Experience in Financial Management & Valuation (FM&V) is highly preferred Strong experience in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in financial reporting systems/ERPAbility to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear business insights Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
